They guys there were really nice and got me in and out quick. The blond girl in there was rude. She said she couldn't help me but proceded to help everyone else who walked in after me.

Don't come here unless you want messed up wheels. Came here to get my wheels balanced and they ruined 2 of my very expensive KMC beadlocks wheels. Clear as day you can see they dropped a tool on it. But don't bother saying anything because they will send you to claims and then tell claims their techs didn't do it and it's your word against theirs. So if you don't mind having your wheels messed up going to the riverbank America's tire.

Thank God & Thank you, America's Tire in Riverbank! Always great service. Today I had a major hole in my oversized and uncommon tire. It could not be repaired and I didn't have a spare. Nate offered for me to leave my vehicle, but that wasn't exactly an option for me as I am a sole person with 1 car. Nate quickly picked his brain without me asking. He figured out a way to get me a new wheel and used spare which, replace my current tire under warranty, and make a game plan to order a new set of tires. All of which I needed to do in the near future anyway. Grateful for his patient and for thinking. Most people don't bother to go out of their way to help even when they are on the job. Very grateful for America's tire in Riverbank. Today a blonde woman also helped me. I didn't catch her name but she was very kind and patient as I am always a little frazzled and unrelated! ????? and thank you to the team in the garage.

I had my tires rotated, and in the process, they found two nails in one of my tires. The punctures were repaired, and I was on my way down the road. Thanks for finding and repairing my tire

Thanks to James, Kaitlyn, and Andrew for their help with replacing my tires. They had to order, but they called when they came in so I could make an appointment. Ended up making an earlier appointment on line, and at the store was told they would have it done in 45 minutes, but finished in under 30 minutes. Last set did not last as long as they were suppose to, so did get a little bit back on the new set. Thanks for great experience.

This place used to offer great service, but the last few visits were disappointing. Bought tires for my daughters car so she could be safe and shortly afterwards tpms lights were going off. Went to another americas tire and confirmed two tires were overinflated. One at 50 another to 71psi! Went in for other services like balance and rotate, part of the agreement and to keep my warranty, and it seems like it is a bother. Person before me bought tires and there was no issue but when I asked about having my tire rotated and balanced, was told there wouldn't be enough time. I assume because there is money to be made, they have time if you are there to spend money.
