I visited this auto shop for a car damage estimate with a scheduled online appointment. However, upon arrival, the staff seemed unaware of the appointment, blaming a possible website malfunction. Even after showing proof and explaining my need for an estimate, they insisted on taking a picture and submitting it to insurance. After the insurance sent work their way, scheduling another estimate was a hassle. The same staff member showed little interest in having the work done at their shop, suggesting alternative options like getting a check from AAA and going elsewhere. Despite wanting to stick with AAA's recommendation, the staff kept redirecting me and insisted their process would be slower due to their workload. They repeatedly emphasized their busyness, avoiding details on drop-off or start dates. The staff member's reluctance and constant redirection make me advise against this auto shop; they lack professionalism, fail to schedule appointments promptly, and seem uninterested in taking on work. The owner exhibits minimal interpersonal skills, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of initiative.

Karbers was recommended to me by AAA and never provided the part while taking full payment from AAA. I tried to check in for the part, but the shop kept giving me the runaround. I have yet to receive the part and get my car fixed and its been about 6 months, with no update communications.

Someone had backed up into our car and AAA suggested this shop for us. Since it was the closest, I decided to drop my car here. I am really glad I made this decision, the people working here are amazing, when I went to get the quote, I was helped by this gentleman who very kindly explained he is just taking pictures and later in I will get a call from Jose and he will give a quote and all. Next morning I get an email from Jose explaining everything, I made an appointment with him to drop my car and I really loved how the rental car company picks you up from the shop and takes you to the rental car place. Anyway so my car was suppose to be ready in two days and they were on time. Jose did call me and tell me that the headlights were damaged as well and the delivery for the headlights were late by few hours but I can pick it up later in the evening. I told him to take his time and I will just pick the car on Friday. He was so super nice about it. I went to pick my car and again I love how I can just drop the rental car there and that he called someone to grab the car from there. His just so amazing . Moving on to the car. People, my car looks brand new from the front. Amazing job on the painting, I mean I was nervous for the paint job but when I saw my car, I couldn't stop smiling. I don't know who painted my car but a big shout-out to that person. You are amazing and keep up the good job. Thanks a bunch for taking care of my car like your own. I think everyone who works here make the best team. You all are awesome. Thanks again to that person who took pictures, Jose for being so sweet and nice and to that person who painted my car thank you so so so much. Ohhh my god I almost forgot one very important person, to whoever fixed my car, the headlights and the flap, u rock, thanks again a bunch.

Really nice place; Great, fast, friendly service. Took my car there for repairs after an accident and my car looks like new. Jose is awesome and very professional. Will go back if I need more repairs and definatly recommend

I had a minor car accident recently and AAA referred me to Karber's as a preferred shop. They got on the phone with me right away, saw me on a Tuesday to do the estimate. They ordered my parts and promptly scheduled me for the following Monday. They told me to drop off the car at 8a which I did and it was done by 4p just like they said. Jose worked with me and he was very helpful and communicated exactly what would happen and how long it would take. Hopefully I don't have anymore accidents, but if I do, I'll be headed to Karber's.
