I had my BMW 428i Gran Coupe repaired here. I was on Highway 580 east bound when pickup truck in front of me dropped its cargo, huge pieces of rolled up carpeting went flying up in the air, landing on my car. The damage to my front end and passenger side from the front to rear quarter panel was extensively damaged.G&C did a flawless job of repairing my car. There was absolutely no evidence of a repair - not even a single tiny bubble or flake of dust after the repair. Thank you G&C!

I recently had my car repaired at G and C body shop in Richmond, Tyrone is a great and professional guy, he's very quick get you in out, there's no other body shop in the Bay Area they are the best!! Very professional!! Keep up the good work!! I also meet the owner Steven very professional Guy also!!

G&C was recommended to me by my insurance company. I knew I didn't have to use them but they were close between my home and work so I opted for the Richmond location. I got a call from Yessie and was able to get a next day appointment for an estimate. They took a look and gave me me estimate and I left my car there to start work on the body while waiting for some parts. DeVaughn managed my car's work as well as kept me up to date via phone calls and texts. My car was ready when they said it would be. I am very please with the work and the paperwork that G&C and my insurers managed . I paid my deductible and drove off a very happy customer. Thank you for making a bad situation as pleasant as you did!

I have to say this place had me hot. Joel promised me my vehicle to be done certain time and didn't even bother calling me the day of or anytime after. They need better communication and learn that you shouldn't promise false hopes and if so own it. I have to give Max and David 5stars to them and the reception because they were truthful and very nice and never ignored me even if I was upset when Max in the beginning but he got thrown in a mess to clean it up.Services: Electrical

This place is awesome came down without an appointment just looking for help to reattach my front bumper on my Honda civic. The manager came out and just fixed it for free while chatting with me. Anyone looking for help should come ask for Joel.

Went in for a sensor on front bumper and was promised delivery and time that never happened as told. Joel was very nice in the beginning but then NEVER picked up my calls or messages to keep in the loop of what was happening. Then the tech that started my process no longer worked there so I got Max. Yes first I was upset with him not telling me what Joel had said but I have to say he was thrown in to the wolves and at the end he was awesome. David too was so great with his customer service on deescalating my anger when Joel was totally ignoring me to know if I was getting my car. Thank you Max and David and the receptionist I think it's Jessy. I give those 3 people 5 stars.

I will never get my car repaired here or any other G &c auto body. This place was recommended by my auto insurance but they told me repairs would only take a week but took almost a month. They broke my 360 camera and had to send it to the dealership to get it fixed. They didn't communicate they would tell me the car is ready then say it's not ready. Don't come here go anywhere else. You will tank me after.Services: Painting

If you’re looking for a shop with absolutely no care of time or care at all. Then this is the right place for you. Workers are rude and work is no where as good as it should be for the manner of time they take to get their job done. Lack of accountability. Overall they have no care of anything as long as they get their check. Ridiculous.

I had my truck repaired after an accident. G&C was awesome every step of the process. Joe was my adjuster. He kept me informed on the job progression. And because I'm disabled he personally delivered my truck to the house after they washed it for me. Keep up the great work G&C. And thanks Joe, you're more than a 10.

It did Not go well. I went in for a repair estimate. I was told that I needed to make an appointment to get an estimate. Then I was told that the person who schedules the estimate appointments was Out to Lunch so I had to call back later. I decided to leave and go elsewhere.

This place is awesome. Took my truck in to have the damage repaired Monday and had it finished by Wednesday. Completely restored.. The staff are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way.

The shop is very nice clean and very hospitable lots of cars @trucks. The adjuster David took time to listen what I had to Explain how the accident happen.
