Chase Bank's on-line portal to help with mortgage questions is close to worthless. Very disappointing customer experience. ;o(

This is the worst bank . The costumer service is trash . I called today to have better assistance with my credit and debit card and this person answered very rudely ,She just gave me a phone number to call which no one answered only the operator . I regret Open an account with this bank . I will be switching to Wells Fargo...
