PLEASE READ ... If your looking to take your car somewhere, take it anywhere BUT HERE. I am not over exaggerating when I say this is the worse business I have EVER dealt with . ITS A SCAM . First I want to start off by saying he's going to tell you everything you want to hear to get your car. He'll play nice , assure you he can get the work done in a timely manner and everything else . It's all a lie . My car was there almost and entire MONTH for a bumper , which I had to pay out of pocket for a rental during the duration of the time . He got paid for work that he did not do and lied and said my insurance didn't pay for it (which they did). He gets mad and really defensive when you point out the flaws and will threaten to not give you your car. I could literally type a whole essay about my experience but I'm going to leave it here . If you have never took a review seriously before, PLEASE take mines . Don't make the same mistake as me . Learn from me.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !! Your better off taking it to Matilda's dad !

This place is a scam don’t not bring your car here they charged my insurance company 72 hundred dollars for minor scratches and a small tiny dent when I ask why he got over on the insurance he said well they let do it I don’t know why I trusted this man with my car he said he do quick work and it took over a month in a half and wanted the 500 deposit in cash this man needs to be reported I’m sure he has done this to many customers please don’t bring your car there you will regret it and he has his family members sleeping outside in his lot in a fedx truck don’t trust this scammer!

do not go to this place this auto shop they are scammers you can not use your debit card they don't even have a card reader they wanted cash who carry around cash this place got 72 hundred dollars oiff my insurance company and wanted 500 from me and the work was only worth 2100 I didn't know how much AAA paid til I was calling them about my car because this shop had my car for 1 month and 2 weeks way to long please don't bring your car there you will regret it my mistake was I did not read the reviews first reviews are important so you don't get played by theses mechanics they think they have the right to get over on people just be careful who you trust with your can im going to make sure AAA dont ever deal with him again. I'm calling the BBB this place needs to be closed down

Called and said I was coming for an estimate. When I finally found their shop after going through the middle of a construction zone a guy came outside and told me that the need the money first before they can even get me an estimate. Tried to tell me thats the way things work now. Obviously didn't want to get caught up in a scam so I didn't even argue. I left and got my estimate somewhere else and thank goodness my car is getting fixed correctly.**To clarify, the guy I spoke with did not ask me for a "deposit." He told me I needed to give him the check from the insurance company FIRST before they could give me an estimate. He said they would determine how much is covered and give me a check for that amount ??? He tried to convince me that "that's the way things work now." Obviously doesn't make any sense and he probably thought that just because I am a female I did not know how estimates work. Anyways, I took my business elsewhere and it's getting handled how its supposed to be.

Scammers. Do not drop off you vehicle here. I feel like I was scammed. I never signed any agreement. I came to pick up my car approx 2 weeks after it was dropped off because we were waiting for them to contact the insurance company. When it didn't work out, they said I owe a storage fee of $3500 for 2 weeks. I called the California dept of consumer affairs and they told me based on the facts that I provided, Brothers Auto Body is in violation of the BAR code . BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. We thought we could trust this shop because they have been cool with us in the past. However, they tried to have my relative sign documents before they agreed to an estimate. If they didn't sign, they were going to charge $200 for everyday they kept the car and were trying to charge over $3,000 just to take the car home. AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
