“Friendly staff, yes it's a federal building and the hours are shorter but many of the rates are much cheaper then other banks and your cab use any atm to withdraw money. Highly recommended.”

“I can not say how much I have benefited from banking with Travis Credit Union. My credit has jumped over 80 points since working with Indira. She has been such a gem and supporter in my financial growth. I feel like she really cares.”

“I have been a member of this credit union for a number of years now and let me tell you, it reminds me of the way banking use to be. You know before everyone was being pushed out to the ATM and there was more than 1 Teller when you walked in. I don't know if it's the time I'm going in or what but I have NEVER had to wait any significant amount of time. Never more than 2 people in front of me and honestly, that is not often. The Tellers are all pleasant, Ms. Joyce is a sweetheart and the branch manager Mr. Campbell, OMG, he is amazing. It's like he literally knows everyone that comes in there. I think that's important because it's like he's taken time to know the members/customers. He is super pleasant, professional and has personally assisted me several times with my financial needs. This is a small branch but feels like a true community. Thank you Mr. Campbell for never being too busy to say hello or even give a wave if busy, it means a lot. You are your team are Awesome!”

“I have been a member for 40 years and one thing has remained constant, the high standards of Member Service. Every Bank can take your deposit or cash a check but, when it really counts, does your Bank go to bat for you? the Credit Union has been there for our family, from getting a first car loan for our children, getting a Home Equity Line of Credit so we can pay for Childrens College, there for them again when they want to buy their first home, a the list goes on. Banking is and should be about relationships, the Credit Union nurtures this philosophy and Jennifer Gardella and her Staff are the BEST at what they do.”

“Four stars but ONLY and I mean ONLY because the two guys working there when I walked in seemed cool and were "just following policy". I am a relatively new resident of Pt. Richmond. No Wells Fargo nearby, so went here to see if it was a good place to transfer all my family (and my business) WF accounts for convenience purposes (because I now live only about 5 minutes from this location in Pt. Richmond). After waiting in a short line, the teller (a nice professional guy) asked "Can I help you?" I said that my now adult daughter has a US Savings bond (now "matured") for one hundred dollars, and would it be OK for her to come in and cash it out? The teller asked another teller if that was OK, and the other teller said they could only do that "for current customers only". Fair enough and no hard feelings, so I left. BUT: Whoever is running that branch and making the rules really really has it backwards. Anyone who walks into the door is a potential customer- even if not on that day- and should walk out thinking "this place is great-I will be back and tell everyone I know to go here!!!". Even if the guy walking in the door just wants to break a ten dollar bill. He can be told "Hey if you ever want to open an account here, here's some information, and I will take good care of you!!" etc. But the policy of this branch is: Until and unless you are a customer here, don't bother to ask us for anything even though it costs us nothing and- by the way- we actually aren't all that interested whether you ever become a customer here in the future. SO: I transferred my WF Accounts to another bank in Marin.”

“Small community run, homey, quirky limited access when closed but excellent quality of service and fair policies and practices that more than make up for it. Human interaction valued over high tech services which is a welcome departure from the usual digital grind.”

“I have to say what an awesome experience I had working with Jorge Reyes to get my wire completed before my house closed! He was very helpful and I was able to get my funds transferred in a timely manner. It was a stressful time for me and he was so calm and reassuring. It made the process so much easier. You can't go wrong banking with Mechanics Bank!”

“I love Mechanics Bank. Not just this branch, but others that I've visited: Pinole where I opened my account, Hilltop and Rodeo. The Mr and I opened a second account and the gentleman whose name I can't recall was very helpful. Mechanics Bank will will forever be my bank.”

“Excellent service. I came in very frustrated and upset after a different branch told me I had to call in to get my problem solved and then when I called in, they said I had to go to an actual bank. So I go up to the teller here and explain my problem. He didn't seem to know how to help and I was all ready to be dismissed and I needed to call in, but instead he asked someone else who told me a banker had to deal with it. Giao worked with me for nearly two hours trying to get my account figured out and was perfectly professional and very friendly. It ended up not being a solvable thing but Giao gave it his all, worked with the branch manager and helped me find a decent solution. Thank you Giao, thank you Brij and thank you to the teller I spoke to initially who I forgot to get the name of. 11/10, would recommend.”

“For the past years I've been wanting to come close my Citibank account, I never did come in due to the horrible wait times and fake customer service from the in and out employees. But today I came in and there's a brand new manager who I can feel genuinely and warmly wants to help and attend the customers.”

“Two newer style OEM BofA ATMs...As another person said the ATM is in the food Co close to the exit doors and you're in the full view of everyone that's checking out(cup your hand if you're worried about somebody watching your PIN), there was a guard present next to the machines. I would improve the lighting in the parking lot by tenfold”

“On October 13th, I was very grateful to the manager her name is Andrea Pliego at Bank of America. Because we didn’t know we needed an appointment. I looked for many Bank of America in the United States and no one was willing to help us solve the problem, but my mother had to return to Hong Kong forever the next day and never come back, so we kept trying everywhere to find a bank that was willing to help. We found the fifth financial branch, and the manager was willing to help us. She found a banker to help us deal with the problem.”

“The tellers here are very friendly and professional. They do get really busy, so you have to free up a good time of your day before going. Bank runs are generally never in and out. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for more than 10 years.”

“Updated 4/4/19- I must say over the past 2 years B of A has definitely stepped up their game in the business banking. I waited so long to update my review to see if this was just a fluke or if this would last, and it has been smooth sailings for a while now; I'm very pleased with how they've handled the situation.First review- Our company has been banking with B of A for over 17 years and for the last 7 1/2 years I'm responsible for making deposits here at the bank. For the last 3 years it's been pure hell at their business banking here. At first they couldn't figure out what they wanted their business banking hours to be, and so it changed every other week for about 3 months.Only 2 tellers work the normal line so the teller has to bounce back and forth between the regular line and the business banking line. They have at least 3-4 people that work in the new business which makes no sense to me because they obviously can't deal with the customers they already have. After asking twice I finally received the Branch Manager number and I called him over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response back. His name is Alex Merino and this is a horrible way to treat a customer that has called and expressed their concern about a business you operate. Bank of America needs to do better and we are currently exploring other options since the Branch Manager can't take the time out to call us back.”
