After nine years as a member, this has been by far the best experience. I had no trouble upgrading and adding two lines to my account. Being well-informed, Akshay Prakash assisted us without any issues and provided excellent customer care. In addition to listening to my wishes, he suggested some excellent offers for my family plan.

The manager of this location was superb. Went above and beyond. Very very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and professional. If all his employees were like him… this place would be number one on their district. Thank you to him and he earned our business from here on out.

Absolutely the best. Truly great customer service. I needed immediate help with my phone issue and Raymond could not have been nicer or more professional. He went above and beyond to take care of my phone issue and I really appreciate it.

Probably the worst experience ever when dealing with Verizon (this experience spans over a period of a few days). I rather be arguing on the phone with the robot to connect me to someone than coming here. I had the greatest inconvenience when upgrading my phone. One of Verizon’s quotes says “get exactly what you want” which isn’t necessarily true. There was an error on the associates end for my phone upgrade (associate A) which could have been fixed by another associate (Associate B) but they’re so deeply rooted in “respecting a deal” rather than respecting the customer, that it became an inconvenience for me. They had sent my phone to another location which I had to go pick up because they did not want to cancel my original order. They had ordered the same exact phone to this location under a false number (under my account) and could have easily given me that phone if everything was cancelled but didn’t because it was not through associated A. Associate B took over and did not want to mess up the deal for associate A. They would rather “give me what I want” by making me drive 20 miles to a different location to pick up the phone. Had I known I was going to have to drive 20 miles for a phone upgrade, I would have a) cancelled everything and upgraded elsewhere at a different location (which I tried to do but was told it’ll be fixed by Associate B. Which it was NOT); or b) not have upgraded at all. If you have a busy schedule, my advice is to not come here at all if your schedule cannot line up with all high and mighty Verizon associate gods (sarcasm). Associate A = Kyle. Associate B = Logan. I would like to give them one star but I want to thank them for demonstrating which store I’m never returning back to. I hope there’s some commission this store gets for wasting the customers time because you guys could probably become millionaires.

Kim Ward has the best customer service, best experience let me tell you! After many years with many different associates never have we ever experienced such professionalism and knowledge! Full transparency, it was the smoothest transaction and within a timely manner. We have found ourselves our forever associate/specialist.

Don’t get taken advantage of! My mom and dad are older, and unfamiliar with technology. My mom was having issues with iMessage working, and ended up going into the store for help. The salesman told her there was nothing they could do because the phone was so old. (Purchased new 3-4 years old and an older model) he tried getting her to buy a new iPhone, pitched her on deals and promos without troubleshooting for her. He either saw the update that the phone needed, and completely ignored it knowing my parents have no idea how things work, or he never checked for an update (which makes no sense because that should be the first thing anyone checks for) he continued pressuring her into upgrading, and after receiving no help or guidance she decided to leave. Thank goodness. She called me and I was able to direct her in checking for, downloading, and installing the update her phone clearly needed. Now it’s back to normal and she gets to keep her phone that she loves!

Let's see, a room full of customers, with 3 employees behind the counter - one working as quickly as you might expect, another working exclusively on the computer, and the third answering the questions of a potential new subscriber for 15 minutes before I walked out. An elderly man who checked in two spots before me, with no place to sit, stood directly in front of the staff member on the computer who never acknowledged him before leaving his post for the back room. First time I've ever had an issue with Spectrum's customer service, but it may well be the last.

Jonathan T. is such an amazing sales rep, he helped me get 49.99 off my bill whilst getting me 2 new 15 pro maxes and a Internet. He even walked me to my car and gave me his “Jt” special.

The worst place ever! Do not recommend at all as a third party retailer. Go to the Sierra and Valley corporate office. The salesman wanted to sell us a consumer plan which if you want prepaid, does that mean you are not a consumer? Oversold customer in front of us on a new watch with a cellular plan. $70 minimum for service!Confusing, rude, disrespectful and made us sign in on a sheet of paper, wait 30 minutes just to make us go to another store b/c they couldn’t help us. Bathroom dirty with no paper towels as well! Didn’t get the guys name, didn’t have a name tag or card.
