Not the best company to work for! They are so unprofessional. With the covid going on 6 feet apart is required only during lunch time but inside the work area everyone is close to eachother we are forced to train new employees sometimes even in groups of 3. Constantly getting yelled at to work faster and put our mask up when everyone is working as fast as they could even in the heat With no AC and have also had 3 employees pass out. Our work equipment are always jamming up which puts even more stress on everyone because we are trying to work as fast as we could but we constantly have to stop and fix the equipment ourselves and nothing has been done about it! And now that work is slowing down again we are forced to go into work On the days we are not even scheduled just to go do nothing.. we never got a raise for the covid and when 2 people tested positive for covid we were informed about it weeks later. Which made people not want to come to work anymore! Everyday they are hiring new people , the lunch room is always packed with people its crazy! If you are a temp you will most likely be sweeping dust for 8 hours straight. Another thing is if you are not great friends with the big boss or youre not one of her family memebers you are not important. if you want a higher paying position then Its best to get on all of your bosses and supervisors good side if you want to advance.

I just barely started working here. The work environment is great, safe. My coworkers are awesome. The higher ups are always there if you need assistance. I love my job.

Gotta say the girl at the window was nice but nobody is telling me anything. Finally after almost 3 hours, they call and give me a bay door then about 30 minutes later, the loader tells me to back up to door so he can cut seal. It’s already 4 hours and seal isn’t cut, nobody is in office, it’s dark. No respect for our time plus poor communication. we drove over 2000 miles to get here and we still have to come back in the morning to pick up another load. All we ask is respect and communication
