It costed me $120 to jump a battery.Am not sure if it was okay since I never had this problem before.I guess everything is expensive now a days.Anyways thanks for helping when I needed .

i called this places asking nicely about my truck being towed away the old man or guy that answer the phone at 11:43pm very rude and unprofessional told me to fuck off and called in the morning by the way if you dont like your job dont work there stop being miserable life to short for that!!! this customer service that this place provides to the community really. sucks maybe its time for this place to update on somebody respectful with maners that will bring better service.....seriously that guy suck

CHP called this towing company after my son's tire blew out on Hwy 138 , was not expecting how expensive it would be. I almost had a heart attack $1375 for towing and 3 days at lot. Unbelievable.. please do not use their service.

This place and the service is so terrible it's actually comedic. Not only do the truck drivers drive like shit, but they're literally the stereotypical douchebag tow truck drivers who will tow your car for no reason. I live RIGHT next to their building believe me, I know. I see their drivers almost cause accidents all the time, blocking the roads, texting and driving, pulled over in random places just smoking cigarettes. I've never called them because I wouldn't waste my money, but I've heard they take 2 hours to come pick up your car when you call them, and I heard a 3 mile tow costs $275. Fuck this place hahahaha

My car was towed from the front of my car due to rialto pd totally understandable what im having a hard time understanding is it says y'all except apple pay so i go to pay with apple pay i go ask the front teller to pay he says yes we do but we don't accept apple pay doesn't make any sense false advertisement total waste of my time, fuck pepes towing and fuck Rialto PD

I called the number my apartment manager provided me with. We callled about a car being parked in my spot . The man who answered the phone was very rude and said he could ñ t do anything without me showing him my rental agreement ! I informed him I had my parking permit but he cut me off and told me to call back when I had the correct forms . I called back , I was told to send a picture of my Id and parking permit , these bastards never showed up to tow the car ! I waited outside for 3 hours ! When I called to see how much longer , a man told me they wouldn't come, that I had to figure out whose car was keeping me from my parking spot and I had to handle it myself ! I've tried to get their service 3 other times and they never show up .

I am giving this review only because of the excellent service responsiveness and compassion of MR GIOVANNI HERNANDEZ from Pepe's towing. He will not even accept the small tip that I offered. My son's SUV was totalled and Mr Hernandez has been very efficient to guide me and offer help. He was very kind and showed compassion with my son's accident. You need more employees like him. This towing company lurks around private communities looking for cars to tow. The fee to have your car released is EXTREMELY HIGH and they feel that they're doing such a great service because the have a relationship with the local police department. They have no consideration for people with disabilities nor do they care about the blue Disability Placard displayed on a persons car before their decision to tow.

SHADY. Liars. My house is 6mins away the tower lied and said it took one hour to tow my car there. These people rob you.@ bald dude Well 400 is A LOT. My car was there 3 hours maybe... just saying. This place kicks ppl when they're down.
