DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE DO NOT RUSH YOUR PROJECT CAR AND WASTE MONEY. This place is a great local spot for the Valley, but at the same time it just matters how fast you need your project done. The Price difference you will find when going to other shops like Bill and Steve's, or in Pasadena is not a small difference but a ridiculous difference, and you realize how many more parts you can be stocking up on your classic car. I can understand paying top dollar for ORIGINAL VW Parts, but not for reproduction parts. For a long time I stuck by this store because you just get so excited about finishing your car, but I called before going and I had told the owner that I would get there 11 minutes before closing only for small parts, he said that this would be fine, when I rolled up he was locking the gates and it was still not closing time, I told him that I had a called and he just gave me a shrug saying,"SoRrY." This is not the first time he was a rude little old man, and I always shrugged it off but f*** that. airhead parts

So grateful for this store. One of the last local aircooled VW parts shops. The man at the counter is very helpful. It's a good idea to call first to make sure he has the parts in stock but he has a lot of parts. Whether you need something same day or not, Small Car is the place to go.

These guys will tell you to spend money even people tell you not too body shops and my mechanic told me not to buy rubber for Windows but to re use it bot no Mario said it was taking a risk so had me buy the rubber any ways called and ask for kit for safari windows Mario said he had took and hour to drive there when I got there he told me he did not have it and that I was becoming a Problem Arigent Rude Service go some whete go to IBC or any where wlse Not Nice especially MArio !!!!

One of the last great VW accessories store. There used to be many places like this but they are almost all gone. If you are looking for VW Parts this is the place to go while in the Valley. I hope that stay in business for many years to come. I bought the chrome roll bar that was in the show window for many years and it fit my car perfectly. Many accessories are available as well. Highly recommended.

Rip off prices are too much, sells parts that are defective and doesnt want to exchange, i bought a pertronix flame thrower distributor and it didnt work, call the guy he said i connect it wrong, he suggested a module for it i intalled it and it didnt work, then he said i need to replace the distributor. I gave that clown 350.00 and my bug doesnt work hes a crook

The guy who answers the phone is as RUDE as it gets, after a few phone calls he tells me I'm becoming a problem, what business does this! The exhaust system came with scratches in the header and on the muffler, when I asked him about this he said they come that way, it looked like someone had spray painted it and returned it, ok not that big of a deal but for the money you pay you want it to look like new! Now for the install, the instructions say! Cut the heater hose in half, no heater hose! So I call and tell him that he says I'm becoming a problem! Stay away from this place at all costs ,buy your parts ONLINE, it's way cheaper, I was stuck and had to buy from them. I will never go back to this guy again, I strongly suggest you do the same. I like shopping local parts stores but if this is how you treat your customers I'm surprised you're still in business, customer service is how you win repeat business, if you treat people well they will buy even if your prices are too high. Shame on you BRO!!!! I told you!!!
