These guys are very customer-service-oriented. You can sit in your car and watch them work on the monitor, but the image is kind of small, and you can't see much. It was easier for me to stand outside in front of my car and watch them perform the oil change/flush/air-filter replacement. They readily answered questions and were very courteous.

I visited this location back in January and received exceptional service. I was immediately greeted by Robert who provided exceptional service. Today, I'm here again with my sister. Quick easy and probably the most polite oil change I have ever had in my life. Not to mention I got a Groupon so it was a killer deal Adam the tech was very thorough and Josh the assistant manager was very helpful

Mechanics can either make you or break you financially. Shan is the most reasonable, reliable and honest person I know when it comes to vehicle repairs. I've done engine rebuilds to simple oil changes through him. I consider myself lucky to know him.
