I had a great experience at Nishimoto Hybrids. I’ve been having car trouble for months and the dealership kept telling me they couldn’t find what was wrong with my car. Best mechanic I dealt with!! Vanessa and the staff were honest and professional. They fixed my hybrid Prius that wouldn’t start dashboard look like Christmas tree all lights on. Derek was very knowledgeable when it came to diagnosing a Prius in unknown condition. There was no pressure to purchase anything either. Nishimoto hybrids was literally an answer to prayer.I am very thankful for their service I have a 2018 Chevy volt I needed to have it checked out since I had it for over 1 yr and was getting concerned about sounds I was hearing I was getting really concerned andI did not want to get ripped off by any shop telling me I needed unnecessary repairs.But my experience since the time I called Noshimoto the owner (which was a female) answerd the phone and as I told her of what I needed for my she gave me a lot of information about my car since they also own a Chevy volt different yr, she gave me such peace of mind I was thrilled to have them service my car; when I got there they were super friendly and informative about my car and what I needed to do in order for my car to perform at its best.There found nothing wrong with my car!!!I was just not using certain features correctly that caused a little bit of a hiccup and was causing my car not to work properly.They could of taken advantage of me, but they did not they told me it was literally user error. ????I paid a very very very reasonable fee for their diagnostic.I personally was thinking I may need to sell the car because of the issue I was having.But instead they gave me so much information about the cars performance that I literally changed my mind about selling it.Derek in his lovely wife definitely are going to be God willing my trusted mechanics from now on. I love 30 min away I don't mind the drive to get to their shop.Thank youso much for your friendly service( by taking the time to have conversation with your clientele) honesty fast service and very very reliable prices.Specially when one is working part time.Really really appreciate them both.

I own a Toyota hybrid and this shop has taken care of all my problems and if any needs! He is trustworthy and honest! He is extremely diligent about his work! He loves what he does and doesn't price gauge you! He services any and All vehicles! And makes you a priority! Nishimoto Hybrids is the only place I'll take my ct200h. Amazing place to have my car serviced. I received nothing but great service and communication throughout the various repairs they've handled, including: brake service, oil change, head gasket service and suspension replacement. I took my car into Nishimoto for a strange noise toward the front of the car. They found a worn bearing and replaced it. They also found the really worn suspension. They replaced the struts/ shocks for me. The car rides a whole lot quieter and a whole lot smoother. Totally Satisfied! Thanks sooo much!Services: Steering & suspension repair

We had a great customer experience with Derek from start to finish. Our 2015 Prius required an engine replacement and a/c compressor replacement; feels like I’m driving a new car. They were prompt with the estimate and services, total cost breakdown was easy to see and approve through automated invoice. I’m so glad I found Nishimoto! Derek was able to complete a spark plug replacement service for $150 dollars less than what Toyota of Selma wanted to charge. He also ran a diagnostic on a check engine light, and referred me to another place to complete a service he did not provide. Response time was quick, professional and courteous.
