I am extremely happy with my new vehicle. Trey Brown is excellent. Once I made my decision to go through Martens Chevrolet to purchase my new car, everything else was easy and fell perfectly into place. Working with Trey was great; he made it very easy. The customer service I received at Martens was excellent. I highly recommend Martens Chevrolet!

Buying a car from them has been the worst mistake of my life. My mistake was trusting them and thinking they were honorable people. I bought a car exactly a year ago and I have to start by saying if you are Hispanic and need Spanish speaking personal they don’t even bother to try so do no even step a foot there, they treat you like you are nothing to them. When test driving the car I bought a code appeared on the mechanics machines I addressed it to the secretary/seller Melissa which sold me the car and she said she will look into it and get it fixed if I really wanted to the car. Next day they called me telling me they had fixed everything and that the car was ready. I take really good care of my car, however, within months the same code appeared in my dash, I called about it and she basically told me it was my problem because they had never registered any problems in paper therefore I must had "done” something to the car. They wanted me to make an appointment to see what was wrong with it but I was going to be responsible for all charges when they basically sold me a Lemon car, they were not willing to look into it even thought it is clear they found a way to clear the code for a while but not actually fix it. My mistake was being naive since this was my first car and they took advantage of that. Worst mistake ever definitely lesson learned. Will be taking further action into this.

This reply just tells me everything I needed to know about the people in this dealership. When I called about the engine light Melissa had told me there was no record therefore nothing could be done, good to know you guys know what I’m actually talking about now. The code shows as the same code I showed Melissa before buying the car, therefore, it is the same one. I have taken the car to Walmart once for an oil change that should not have any influence into this situation the entone light had already appeared before this.
And is unbelievable and actually sad to know most of your employees are Hispanic but no one could bother to help or at least translate for my parents when it came to buying the car, never once someone reached to offer their services. Why are you trying to make the dealership look helpful now ?
Reading the reviews I see I am not the only one this has happened to, unfortunately this is not a trustable place to take my car into.

Came in and found exactly what I wanted. 2024 Corvette Z51 with all of the options I wanted. Melissa was awesome to work with. No pressure, and very straight forward. All of the dealers in the Central Valley are charging anywhere between a 5-15,000 mark up on Corvettes. Martens Chevrolet was at MSRP. No extra, unwanted stuff added to the car. Very happy with my purchase!

Joey was our salesman, and he was outstanding!!! the most personable, nice, polite gentleman i have ever met. we were not local to the area and flew in to pick up the truck. it took multiple phone calls with Joey and through it all he was fantastic!! couldn't have ask for a better experience. Room for improvement, would be for the sales floor NOT to smelled like Chlorex it was very overpowering. You can have clean and germ free without overusing Chlorex. Finance gentleman could have been nicer. thank you Joey for a fantastic experience.

Just moved from Southern Cal and needed to get my car serviced quickly. Not only did I get in quick, the communication was outstanding. Needed new tires and was squeezed in right away so I wouldn’t drive on bald ones. Really impressed with the whole staff and experience.

The staff is very friendly. I just need to mention one thing. I am unaware if the vehicle was test driven. Reason, my vehicle stenciled of Marijuana. It did so the rest of the day. Had I been pulled over, I would have been questioned.
