Been a customer for awhile, but tonight (7:30 pm) a lady i guess in charge of shopping carts got mad a me for putting the cart back and i guess she correct me that need to put on the right place, she was not nice, I did not say anything back, but I do not appreciate someone talking to me like that, already expensive store and in top on that someone make me feel not appreciated!,

Not what it once was. Their website says something is in the store. In the store they tell you that the website has problems but it's not their problem it's the regional office's problem. From the customers point of view it is just whole foods. Get it together!

As a rule I don't post negative posts. If I feel there is an issue with a store/ Restu, business, etc. I speak to management because I am not looking to vent I hope to see improvements. This Wholefood in terms of service has always been unpleasant- The staff is aggressive, it's as if they are doing customers a favor or that helping out is a chore, an interruption to the staff stocking shelves or arranging their sections. I shop all the local Wholefoods- I have since the 1994- Over years the groceries have changed too, and not for better- Fruits and vegetables are not as great as other premier grocery stores nearby most of which cost the same and are located in more expensive zip codes- Roberts, Sigona's, Bianchini's and Mollie Stone's. So this too makes this place less desirable- Today I stopped in at 4 to grab a quick lunch- Sushi- the Sushi here is fine- Better than some of the other Wholefoods. Though all of them in Northern California do a great job with their Sushi- The parking lot was fairly full and the row adjacent to Wholefoods is now saved for "pick up" orders. Since all of the four spaces up-front were empty and I only needed to run in and out ---exhausted, I parked in one of them. As soon as I stepped out, an employee descended upon me to say the parking space was for "pick up" only. Now we all know its' not exactly against the law to park in those spaces and additionally I was going to be in and out 7-8 minutes at most, besides all other spaces were open except regular parking nearby and I was starving and tired. I just ran away from her. I didn't dare pick up a couple of more items which I needed cause I was worried about her outside with my car- maybe they do give tickets, who knows. I just didn't need the hassle. As a result of Parking Sergeant interception I spent a hundred dollars less at their store today and rushed back with my measly $20 purchase in dash, to my car. I was dressed in a way which is just right in a city but perhaps noticeable on Saturday in California suburb, and suspect this is why she chose to descend upon me. Sometimes folks hate on those of us who take time to look polished and pleasant. I bet she thinks I am entitled and she was going to show me I wasn't going to be treated special, I bet she felt justified in pressing upon me that I am just like everyone else. The thing she lost sight of is that if I wanted to be treated like that I wouldn't come to Wholefoods, or go to Sigona's, Mollie Stone's, Roberts or Bianchini's or dress neatly as I do our of respect for myself and my community. I come to these places for the gourmet and fresh selection, I rely on my grocer to introduce me to exotic fruits and vegetables as well as new ways to enjoy great groceries and to be treated like a welcome guest. This is why I pay extra. Not just for the food and selection but more for care and warmth and hospitality. Needless to say I will avoid this store even more than I have been already, even though I drive by it daily. Great job lady a lose lose for all three of us, you, your store and me.

I shop here very often. Last time I was in, there was hardly any produce and what they had was bad. They hardly had any fish and when I asked the butcher in the meat department to cut me certain meats, there was tons of fat and he seemed grumpy. Not a good feeling. Wish customer service was better

I come to this WF often and I want to commend one of the employees, Sally Harrigan. She is always super friendly and when I have a question, I look for her because she knows so much about products and she always walks me to the shelf where I can find it. I've noticed in the past few months that they are very short staffed, but as a supervisor, I've seen how much she cares for her team, asking the cashiers if they are okay during busy times, and getting on the register herself when lines are long.

This is my least favorite Whole Foods location. It is tiny. The produce is old and dried out. I went in to get asparagus the other day and they were displayed in a pool of cloudy water with a swarm of flies around them. It is also very busy and when I went in around 4:30 on a Thursday evening there were lines stretching across the entire store. This would be my last choice even though it is a few blocks from my apartment.

Found a bug in my sandwich I ordered at the food bar. I called Whole Foods to address my concerns and the lady wouldn't refund me for my food!!

Picked up some salmon and tuna sushi for lunch. The rice was overpowered with vinegar. I usually go to the WF in San Mateo and liked their sushi. Only ate the fish part, skipped the rice.

Longest lines that I have ever seen - even during the weekdays. Spent 40 min in line today when only 3 cash registers were open over a weekend day. They can never get a handle on this too. If Most of the staff are not of the quality that WH typically develop, they look at you like you're absurd if you ask a simple question then complain with their follow staff - just like the woman working in beauty today who's name started w a X. At least Olivia tried to help but then they went off to complain about a guest a very visibly too!! I am now deciding to take my business to other places.

Clean, great selection. Loved the variety of items on the aisles and the brightly lit interiors. Staff knowledgeable and helpful- 5 stars!
