It's so convenient to have the Sephora inside of the Kohl's. I usually go here when I have an Amazon return and they give you a coupon for Sephora and one for Kohl's. I feel this is how brick and mortar are going to stay alive is by offering deals that you can't get online via coupons off of your purchase that stack on top of in-store deals. I'll always opt to do returns at Kohl's for this reason. The store itself is clean and has a great selection of stuff at good prices.

I go here to do my amazon returns but I don't think I'll be going back to this place. When I go to the amazon return location they don't greet you nor approach you. They just stay there talking to there coworkers or stare at you until you walk up to them and approach them or just look down at their devices. After getting help from them, they look all grumpy, seems like they don't want to be there. Horrible service.

Kohls Management - when hiring requirements should be if the cashier women know how to say HELLO, THANK YOU, give TOTAL AMOUNT! I've gone 3 times and every single time the women are so bratty and have attitude. I have been going to Kohls for years, but now I'm taking my business somewhere else where I am respected. Do better and don't just hire anybody!

Laurie, cashier does seem rude and unfriendly. She's unhappy (perhaps with her job?) and needs to be retrained to be courteous and polite to her customers.On the plus side, the store is clean including the restroom; I did enjoy the cash $ coupon and ample parking spaces.

I love shopping at this department store . I always see really cute shirts I like and pants as well . Laurie is a very helpful cashier here . Mom likes to shop here as well because there is so much to see and look at .

Their store looks much neater these days. Actually I find that they probably could have more inventory on the floor especially in the kitchen home area near the front. I am not sure if they're just slimming down on inventory or if they're making way for new stuff but the last few times it has felt sparse to browse.Anyway I think that their clothes here are pretty decent, especially if you can get them on sale (which it usually is). If you shop at Kohls a lot their rewards program is very generous. I often find myself with $10+ in Kohls Cash. They carry a lot of name brands like Columbia, Adidas, Nike etc.I've also appreciated their pillow selection here. Our last two pillows were from Kohls (THE BIG ONE) which have stayed fluffy over the last year!The best cat bed I've bought was from Kohls - it was an Ellen Degeneres bed on sale for like $12 or something. The cats love it!

Aside from the usual ,a lot of the sizes and styles from places like Wrangler and Lee they don't stock in store.So you end up mail ordering ,but the hassle is sizes vary from year to year ,so a size 34 that fit you one year ,no longer does the next.What really pissed me off was that due to the plague ,many items were unreturnable after you bought them.No fitting rooms so you can test for size and no return after you bought them.Yeah ,I get it.

Only one entrance is open, on the side with dollar deal. Hand sanitizer stations available.We came only to pick up something we ordered online and that was it. I showed them my ID and my pick up order barcode and I was in and out.That's the way to do it. I won't be shopping here, but will definitely be using it as a pick up location to avoid paying for shipping.
