We are both income people and we needed help him rebelled together and being that we live in a trailer and we really need the help any plumbing issues. They refuse to help us bring her low income but need help. This place is not helping us at all my husband is severely disabled, and I am on workman's comm at this time and we really need help with plumbing and they refused to help us

The experience I had with RTP is limited to only 5 people who work there. I can say this about the 5 people I have met. They are all the type of folks one could hope to work with on jobs.

I am blown away at the work of RTP! Fantastic and helpful staff and are doing a lot of good in the community.

They use a grant from city of San Mateo for $5000 for house repairs but they dont show the details of work they submitted and charge a lot of hours as labor they did..so most of the allocated money goes back to them as they have done the work and nothing gets really done for the client. Dont go thru their lengthy and waiting time of years for a job that does not benefit the poor and the disabled but their own wages. There is no transparency here .
