Came in because they are “walk in” the reception without looking at me was like nope, no appointment no service. No one else was there by the way, and my wife walked in a few days ago in the same location.
Wonder how you choose your costumers!

I have had 2 great experiences here; clean space and efficient staff. Both times I’ve had Pete as my phlebotomist and he is great, very calming and easy to work with

I went here because my naturopathic doc has a tie up with this place. Paid at my naturopath in advance and labcorp they did not run a specific test they charged me for and now I am stuck with filing the paperwork for a refund what a waste of time.

Made an appointment, showed up at that time, but the site is closed with no staff working there, and no notification of cancellation or rescheduling. It’s absolutely unbelievable.

I’m 44, this is the most unprofessional ‘lab’ visit I’ve ever experienced. Sketchy, would never go back.

Yoy! My experience was remarkably horrible. Are all LabCorps this bad? I felt like I was getting my blood drawn after LabCorp had just kicked out the chiropractor tenant and rearranged their furniture to make the semblance of a "lab". I would pay to NOT go back there again. The Redwood City location was unstaffed by one woman working both the front desk and the lab in a horrible mood, trying to turn away people left and right and never trying to put her mask above her nose. She told me there was no such thing as a 1:45 appointment until I showed her my confirmation. Her horrible mood continued while she drew my blood. I would pay NOT to return to this location!

I've visited this place for blood tests six times. They're really efficient and reliable.

Bad customer service. The receptionist woman is mean. You can't ask any question. I'm not coming back and won't recommend this place to anyone.

Super nice but more importantly they are competent and quick.

really poor service. the guy is completely spaced out. says he is doing something then walks away to engage in a completely different task not acknowledging what he was just about to do. wasted an hour waiting for my appointment then another crucial half hour where I could have gotten the last appointment available at quest diagnostics. save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere.

So the site says that you do not need a physician order but you actually do need that or a request for labs. The phlebotomist are very unwelcoming and very dismissive. They didn’t greet me when I walked in, I had to say hello first and then they just point to the checkin machine. The second guy told me I needed orders and I told him what their site says and he states he just a phlebotomist and just works here he doesn’t deal with the customer service side or how to assist patients with ordering what they need to order. You guys should have a better way to assist customers, especially when the site is misleading. He did give me the manger’s number. She’s helpful, her staff are not.

Really nice and helpful staff. I accidentally arrived right before their lunch hour and they still accommodated me, and were incredibly friendly. Had to get blood drawn and they were very gentle and I hardly felt it. Really kind and efficient. Great experience!

Only posivie experience with the lab - very professional staff is working here, no issues with a complex case that my mom had (hard to locate veins). Normally takes many attempts and take long time, but not in this lab!I advise you make an appointement and arrive on time to avoid any delays.

LabCorp web site says LabCorp allows walk ins. Came to this site specifically because they are one of the few in the area which doesn't say appointment only on the web site.Had a paper sign on the door saying appointment only, had door locked, and they refused to talk to me about what I should do (or where I should go).If you don't do walk ins, perhaps advertise that fact or give useful guidance on what your customers should do?

Honestly, I saw these reviews while sitting in the waiting area and some of them were scary enough to make me want to leave, however, I am in a situation where time is of the essence and I figured if not now, then, when, so, I decided to go on with the lab work anyways. The lady in the front desk who helped me out was amazing, I believe her name was Mariana. A bit cold at first but I do think it’s because I came late and close to closing time. She decided to help me out anyways and as a complete professional. I’m very scared of needles and she made me feel nothing at all when drawing blood. Although our convo was short I did enjoy it while my blood was being taken out and I’m glad I stayed. I recommend this place.
