Just avoid this place at all cost really poor customer service. I called for an update a simple update "CHRISTIAN" was extremely rude to me and my girlfriend on the phone. What kind of insurance agent hangs up on a customer, not once but twice! And I on top of that CHRISTIAN never lets you finish what you have to say always interrupting and cutting you off. THE BIGGEST THIEF IN REDWOOD CITY!!!!
