If you order through a delivery service, be sure to have the driver check the order is correct before heading to you. I have ordered multiple of the same item several times, and on more than one occasion, they have only sent one one of that item. Otherwise, they are great.

I like that they usually have a pretty good selection... - BUT their pricing is often catty-wumpus. They have one product for $4.99, and they have the same product at twice the size but it costs $10.99 which is MORE than twice the price. They need to send the people in their pricing department to a basic maths class.
