Customer service was excellent the girls that work there really take their time to explain about the products and deals that are offered and they also help with any device problems you have. They don't rush you off like some other places do. I really did appreciate that

Kam was awesome, our experience was extremely pleasant and Kam went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. She also was very thorough in explaining the prices and monthly fees. Verizon is lucky to have Kam and Kas at this store!!!!

Went to store to upgrade a line on my existing account, sales rep looked at me did not say a word got up and walked to the back and I waited 30 mins and she never came back out to the front

This place is awful. The service reps are incompetent. This is an authorized locations but not a real Verizon store. I am writing this review as I stand in the store dealing with nonsense. Trust me, save yourself the hassle and go to the store at Del Amo.

If I could give a minus I would. We have had it with Verizon! We have been lied to, mislead and overcharged and we are done. Closing our account and going with Spectrum and will add phones to our existing account and save some $$
