This is not a chase bank.
This is a chase atm
Do not go here if you are a chase customer unless u need the atm. Not a bank.
Please correct your google for this location. Is not a servicing bank. They do not have a bank teller at all. 0/10

This isn’t a bank. They don’t touch money so you must use the atm to make deposits. When the atm incorrectly counts your cash and shorts you 117 dollars you have to leave with your tail between your legs and call an outsourced call center to files a claim. Save yourself the headache and put your money in a credit union where they have time to give your personal service and respect your hard earned income.

Nice bank in a good location. Not sure why Chase is stripping services out of this location. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.

I recently moved, and this branch is fairly closed to my new residence, I was very please to know that I didn't have to travel far for my transactions, yet, unfortunately, I was told this bank is becoming completely digital and that dissatisfied me, since I like doing banking the old ways. I wish they will still keep things running like before. I feel the more banks transition into these technological advances the banking-teller experience is gone. I feel that there are many people like me that wish to be able to still do banking like the old days. I like the human contact and this people still are able to keep their jobs, I hope this wont cause more unemployment.

I hope that Chase closes this 100% useless branch. There's so many better branches within 10 minutes driving distance. They have no bank tellers anymore, it's all automated non-human services for simple transactions. They do have "bankers" there for more specialty needs. They only have ATM machines if you want to deposit or withdraw money If you want to do any transactions, you may encounter frustrating experiences. If you have limits to ATM withdrawals, you may be denied with no recourse to deal with a real human being bank teller. They say the machines on the outside have limits of $3,000 on the inside ATM's and $1,000 on the outdoor ATM's, but some people purposefully put limits on their ATM withdrawing ability in case their card gets lost/stolen or a coercion robbery. So, I had problems with the ATM and nobody in the bank could help. The easiest solution was to leave and go to another Chase branch. In fact, there's a Wells Fargo Bank diagonally across the street from this Chase Bank, and I'd probably say if you bank here based upon geographical convenience, I'd just close my account here and move it to Wells Fargo. This is a 100% inefficient bank here at Chase I had visited this branch before when they had tellers, and it was one of the worst customer experiences for a Chase Bank I've ever had on several visits. It's consistently been below mediocre is the best way to describe it.

Their LEGAL department has NO CLUE what they are DOING. Chase has NOW closed the FRAUD dept. on weekends. This is NOT the Chase Bank of 5 years ago. Might as well go to BofA. Just a big mess.

The place was empty and employees were just sitting around, yet nobody would help because I "didn't have an appointment." I wanted to open a business account but I'll take my business elsewhere. If they were busy I'd totally understand but there was NOTHING going on. I am not blind. There was only one other customer in the branch. It's just funny because I walked in a month ago and one of the male employees helped me and just needed the FEIN but he wasn't there today. He didn't hassle me about any appointment... Covid has really become a great excuse for terrible customer service, but I'm not buying it.

Convenient

This has been my bank location of choice for quite a few years. I'll miss it's convenience. I'd had an issue a year or so ago where I needed something notarized (a service included with my accounts), but the notary told me she was too busy making cold calls to prospective customers to do that making me think Chase doesn't value their current customers. I stopped by the other day to get some quarters and some single dollar bills. Things have changed. According to the two employees standing in the middle of the empty bank, it's now a "digital bank" and doesn't offer traditional banking services like tellers and money. When I go to a bank, I'm usually looking for a place with bank tellers who give me access to my money, oddly enough. Too bad. It was such an easily accessible location. You know how it is when you've had the same bank for decades; It's just such an annoyance to have to change banks. New checks, new accounts, etc. But when your bank stops offering money as a service, you're kind of pushed into it. If they no longer have money, are they really a bank?
