I went to Belle Forme today with some initial hesitation just due to nerves and it being my first time at a lingerie store, but it was a great experience! The customer service (Alyssa helped me) was amazing, Alyssa was very respectful, kind and helped me find a great bra! The bras are gorgeous and fit comfortably, and are made of good quality material. Definitely recommend?

I was originally very nervous to walk in and make my first in store purchase of this kind, and was immediately greeted and attended to by a very kind and welcoming sales clerk. She helped me tremendously when picking and caring for these delicates. The store was very beautifully styled, very neat, and the articles of clothing were very classy and not at all gaudy or over-the-top. Thank you, Christina, for a wonderful first-time experience, I will definitely shop here again!

I was told that I would be able to return my purchase. After making the purchase, I read the receipt and found out that I would not be able to return nor make an exchange because I purchased a “pre packaged” item. Paid $70 for a robe that I could have easily purchased on Amazon for $12. I wanted to support a small business instead of going straight to Amazon but they have really sneaky tactics. No wonder why the store is always empty. Double check online for a cheaper price because they definitely drop ship their products.

Crystal is very attentive and knowledgeable. As a large chested (40 I) plus sized woman it’s hard to find good quality bras that actually fit and offer support. Crystal sized me then helped me find bras in my preferred style and fit.

After a series of uncomfortable experiences with American bras, I turned to Belle Forme in hopes of a true inclusive size fitting. You will likely receive a one-to-one consultation given the high chance you will be the only customer in store. The extravagant displays may be tempting so be sure to communicate your preferences and interests. I found the staff to be pushy about promotions. Although I had a positive fitting session with personalized customer service, I totally regret my purchase of 4 bras. After a few months, I noticed that the bras no longer hold their shape. The wire loosens leaving a lack of support. The bras also do not hug you and may feel different in varying positions (standing vs sitting). The quality does not last long given the pricing. If you would still like to try it out, I recommend only purchasing one bra no matter the promotions. Or even paying for a fitting session alone. I have since bought Japanese bras for the same price or cheaper with significantly better design, support, and longevity. Overall, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Beautiful lingerie and outstanding customer service. Christina is Amazing and super attentive! She helped me pick the most beautiful and comfortable bras. The fitting is stunning I was very impressed. Didn’t have to go through surgery to get the perfect size! Will come back shopping ?️

First time purchasing lingerie in my life and Christina who is amazing at both styling and service helped me out to get the perfect pieces for both personal and professional use. I came in because I have a bridal modeling shoot and ended up purchasing a couple of pieces that I’m excited to wear. All of their items are super cute, delicate, intricate, and detailed — the whole store looks like a girly dream. Christina was so sweet and kind, listening to what I was looking for, and gave me what I needed andmore. She takes in account of what you gravitate towards/ like and gives you such great styling advice and suggestions:) can’t waitto come again!

First of all, everything in the store is really cute and adorned beautifully. The attention to detail is astronomical . I had the opportunity to be helped by a wonderful girly called Christina. She made sure everything was a perfect fit, she gave many options, and she was very detail oriented. Christina was very patient and kind and walked through everything with me. I highly recommend. (:

I came to this store looking for a corset to go with my Halloween costume and Christina was extremely helpful. She greeted my boyfriend and I with extreme kindness and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and even taught my boyfriend how to properly adjust the corset. I will be coming back for the products and customer service!

I had a really wonderful experience here today. This is one of the first stores I’ve seen in the area that is so inclusive with sizes I just had to go in. The attendant was really attentive paid attention to what style I was looking for and size me perfectly. The bras are really well-made and comfortable and there’s a good variety depending on what look you’re going for. Will recommend to all my larger cup friends

Yesterday was my first time really exploring the store & I just had to take the time to share that Christina (or Kristina, not sure how it’s spelled) made the whole experience nothing short of extraordinary. She was so attentive & her customer service went above and beyond! I was made to feel so comfortable & she really made me feel like I was shopping with a bestie. If I could give this place more stars, I would! Shout out to you, Christina! Also also, the pieces I bought are to die for. 10/10 recommendWill be shopping here again <3
