My husband and myself needed carpeting for one of our rooms and we were so happy that we walked into Banner Carpets and flooring and met Richard.He was absolutely amazing and helped us pick out a great carpet that is so nice and soft. They came and measured and installed it so fast, that I couldn't believe it. We are thrilled.Not only did we buy carpet but we bought flooring for our kitchen and he also helped us with our countertops! He gave us a great deal and we are so very grateful for him and banner.I will most definitely buy from him again in the future and recommend them to anyone, you will not regret it. I promise it will be one of the best things that you ever did!My kitchen is so beautiful now. I owe it all to Richard and his hard work and wonderful staff!Thank you again ;-)

Amazing! We love Banner Carpets! We just had a slab leak at our house , and the entire kitchen/ downstairs floors ( 2000sq ) had to redone. Their prices were perfect . Banner Carpets were so easy to work with. They were on time, they had great product , and they finished the floors IN ONE DAY. They were kind to my children and dogs . I am a fireman wife and my schedule is rough, and sometimes it's just me . They were helpful, hard working , and THE BEST COMPANY FOR FLOORS. This is my second home that we have renovated and I would choose them AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Banner Carpets for the win!

Richard was very responsive and able to come by for an estimate the next business day. He offered several solution approaches, material types, and was highly knowledgeable on the trade-offs of each - with very competitive pricing. Once we decided to proceed, his warehouse procured the flooring the same day and installation crew was by the next morning to re-floor our home, and left our floors looking beautiful. Would highly recommend -- thanks Richard!

Hi, I came here to post a review after receiving our beautiful new area rug that Banner Carpets sold us. We needed somethuing that could handle two large dogs, and keeping that in mind they made some great suggestions.I have and will continue to support this business...its family owned and has always delivered as promised. The latest acquisition was a beautiful area rug, that sits in our family room, and we are so happy with it.I noticed some negative reviews that are shocking to me, as I have done business with Banner Carpets for close to 30 years - NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM, with either installation of follow up after sales. They have installed carpet, wood and laminate in my home as well as commercial installations and the sales and after sales service has been great.

My latest update on Banner Carpets. Please review the original post below.After nearly a year of trying to find a service provider to stretch our carpet, we finally contacted a business on Angi’s List. The carpet stretcher Angel did a tremendous job and the carpet looks brand new. His work included a thorough carpet cleaning as well. The technician/carpet stretcher removed a tremendous amount of carpet because the carpet provider Banner Carpets Flooring Center sent laid the carpet horribly. I would not recommend Banner Carpets for flooring or carpeting business.My experience with Banner Carpets in Torrance was horrible. The sales associate Dan is not very kind. But I'll give him one piece of credit, he can push a sale. Other than that, he has poor customer service skills and is a real a**hole. We have discovered that the warranty on the workmanship and material is not guaranteed. For example, today we went to the Torrance store to seek advice and guidance on the carpet they installed. Certain sections of the carpet is starting to bubble. However, Dan offered no guidance or assistance. His reaction to our concern was the carpet issue is not their problem. So my advice to you is, if you want to spend your money wisely, do not go to Banner Carpets in Torrance to purchase flooring or carpeting.

Richard has an encyclopedic knowledge of flooring and can thoroughly explain the difference between different styles of flooring. More importantly, he can explain why a material is best for a particular home. It is tough to find some with more experience or passion with flooring.

Scheduled an appointment for today and the guy couldn't come out until the end of the day. So I was killing time waiting 5pm 5:15 5:30 5:40 so I decide to call. The guy answers and says "hey Mark what's up" that is a true sign your in trouble right away. Clueless about our appointment. I was trying to give them some business as they just opened 2 months ago. He said they were busy and couldn't get over today. I arranged my day to be there to meet him but I am an organized guy. If you have an appointment you keep your appointment and tell whoever popped in that you have to go OR call me at least to tell me you are aware of our appointment and will be over at X time so I know we are still on. Why am I calling YOU? Don't give me this hey "Mark what's up" BS. Told him this is a sure fire way to lose business and go out of business. You unfortunately get one chance to impress me. You failed miserably.I would not recommend based on this effort or lack thereof.

Doing this for my mother . Never Again will she do business with this company. Less then 1 yr ago had wood flooring done . It's coming up in several areas . They will not stand behind their work at all . Want to charge us even more then before . Going with Home Depot

I was actually on my way to another carpet store and stopped here and I'm happy I did. I ended up getting the carpet I needed here. Excellent customer service and huge selection of carpets and hardwood flooring. Although I had my own measurements the gentleman who I believe was the owner still came out to measure and I'm glad he did because my measurements were wrong lol. He was super nice and down to earth and so was his wife who assisted me in making my carpet selection. Instillation was great. The installer arrived right on time and did a superb job! The carpet is lovely, nice and plush. And I was happy with the price and loved the quality of customer service!

Just completed a major home remodel. Laid luxury vinyl planks over our old engineered hardwood, as well as new carpet in our bedrooms, and couldn't be happier. Richard and his team were fantastic. Extremely easy to work with, great installers and a very fair price. Everyone that comes over can't believe how great the floors look! Would recommend to anyone looking to refresh their home.

We couldn't be happier that we chose Banner Carpets for love new luxury vinyl floors! We had originally had another quote and a friend referred us to Richard. He was AMAZING! He was at our house the next day, gave us a quote an hour later. He not only beat the competitors price , but he got the work done in half the time, as well. His crew were efficient, professional and hardworking! Even our neighbors couldn't believe how hard they worked! We even made a few changes last minute and Richard pulled strings to make it happen. We couldn't be happier and more grateful for Richard. Our floors are perfection and we love our new baseboards too!I highly recommend Richard and Banner Carpets and have recommended to them to many friends already! Thank you Richard !
