No one at this Walmart wanted to help me carry this and and it's 180 pounds and all they did was say will get some one and they left and it's been 30 minutes to get this so I got it by my self and I hurt my self picking it up what a bad service

Today after an urgent care visit following a surgery i had two days prior removal of gulblater, abnormal findings i am suffering in pain with a UTI patiently waiting for my prescription to be ready and tech #40 the TR# is 04058This tech was the worst right from the start, i was beside myself how un compassionate this human was. I also had to purchase cat food for my cat a fleet pack and some soft protein and fiber for my care. She complained i had six items not five and would do it this time but next time use the register, what ... part of i just had surgery and im having severe side affects to my surgery did she not understand her customer standing in front of her was dealing with, dear god this is a pharmacy. She then didnt charge me for a bag during my transaction and made me dig for a damm dime to pay for that bag, i didnt have a dime and she refused to bag my items to see me on my way. Some man behind me gave her the dime just to move the line along. Im blown away, i have never wanted more than than moment to cuss her to the moon and back but i wasnt gonna come to that level of humanity.Dec 23rd i was issued a prescription from urgent care, walmart created two profiles for me by mistake and only one has my insurance information, i also have two last names and i use both but Walmart has created two profiles and put a single last name on both. At 8pm i get a call from pharmacy saying she wont put the order prescribed because it was $300.00 and i have no insurance on file. I explained i had two profiles and shr should check both, at that time she saw indeed two accounts and said she would enter insurance information and rudely said merry Christmas and good night. I didnt know how to respond but on Christmas eve and no prescription filled this woman made the choice not to give me prescribed medication and i will be reporting her. Her to my insurance companyJan 20 Lupe manager has earned a great review for her continued efforts to overcome obstacles for me and i respect her assistance.Lupe your team needs to follow your generous customer service, remember to tell your staff not to take patients irrationality so personal and also let them know were sick and instead of being cranky use friendliness, being in pain is not a excuse for rudeness but it does make one feel awful. The staff has to step up to your level.

The manager of the pharmacy is the worst ,they are cruel indifferent people ,little people , who glory in their power to be cruel .U know the type, as long as it doesn't effect there personal life they don't care ,they want there bonus .They refuse to fill valid prescriptions even for those that have a 20% chance of making it five years.The employees are cowards that could care less ,again indifferent people, screw being decent human beings, they want that check.If u go there for anything but blood pressure medication I wish u luck.

Very helpful, always provide extra care and service. Very prompt coordination with my doctors on refills and urgently or important needed medications.

Worst place for pick up prescriptions. Mine were sent in the morning, I pick them at 3pm ANF had to wait for over an hour to get them. Never again.

This review is for the automotive department. Never have I seen such a " No worries no hurry , I'll get to it eventually" kind of energy in a mechanics garage. We came in to exchange a battery that was defective. Sounds easy right? Wrong!!!! At this moment we have been here for almost 2 hours. Sitting waiting..... I could've exchanged , put in new battery and did a little window shopping in this amount of time. I don't understand, bring out battery remove old one put new one in. Bada bing bada dong!!!! Then the waiting area is full of customers at the window wondering why it's taking so long and can I please please please have my car back? If you have NOTHING AT ALL to do and need car repair then by all means this is the place for you. But if you need your vehicle and would like it to be taken care of by someplace where they act and move like they give a damn then find somewhere else!!!!!

Only reason a star is even being given is because I cant leave a review without it. The Garden Center is NOT the damn Express check out for all the dope fiends and thief's. You should not have a basket full of groceries and lace underwear you have no business wearing in garden and to top it off using your EBT and 'trading with the crackhead with you. The cashiers should not be allowing those types of deals to happen literally at the check stand especially with a line 20 deep of people with items from garden and 1 and 2 things. Reiterated why its time to stay outta Wally's world. Get a grip management.

This place is a joke. The staff is rude, ignorant, and argumentative. Good luck returning a gift. The staff told me I needed a receipt even though the receipt was already affixed to the box. I wound up taking the gift back to the Highland store where the staff was a lot friendlier. Arguing with the staff at the Redlands store is a lot like arguing with Daffy Duck!!! This Redlands store should have been shut down LONG AGO. It's a waste of time!!!

Why does it take so so long to unlock the case with Tide Pods??? After 15 minutes waiting, I left. Same issue 2 months ago when I tried to buy them...it appears to be a consistent problem, which indicates poor supervision and accountability.

So today my husband and I had to do some shopping for our trip. As we walked up to pay for our things on register 4, we noticed the lady at the door to check out.. As we proceed to walk to her, we noticed her sitting on a stool. REALLY OH MY GOD. Straight laziness, if you ask me. I can't believe Walmart managers allow their employees to set on a Stool and tell the customers walked towards me.. Worst customer service ever.. Oh yeah her name was Michelle and she wearing a yellow vest..

This store, like all Walmart's do NOT trust their customers to NOT STEAL MERCHANDISE! This is why everything like razors, or aspirin, has to be behind a LOCKED CABINET that a Walmart employee must open, and THEN put the item in a LOCKED BOX that only a register clerk can open! As much as I hate Amazon, they cannot PUT WALMART OUT OF BUSINESS SOON ENOUGH, and I HOPE THAT WILL BE SOONER THEN LATER!

Came for an oil change and 2 hours later still waiting when thee was only one car in front of me. The 10 cars in front of me went home already and the only response given is "we don't skip cars don't know what to tell you " with out even looking into it. Very poor customer service.
