They care more about their relationship with the insurance company than doing the right thing and replacing damaged and unsafe parts. They don’t fight for their customers, they fight for their insurance companies.
Update to their response: It took me fighting with their insurance company, going through my insurance company and the supervisor of the other parties insurance company to get the rest of my repairs approved. As for them contacting me, they haven’t made one single attempt. I’ve left multiple messages for Joe. Last call to him was on August 2nd. Once I was told he’s on lunch at 345pm when they close at 430. The second time I was told he was with a customer and would call me. Still no call back. The other parties insurance admitted they have the part they have been waiting on and will call me to schedule the repair. That was Wednesday July 31st. Still no call back to schedule my repairs.

This place sucks. I don’t understand why everyone here is so rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car off to have some work done to the front bumper/hood, 4 days go by I call to check on the vehicle, service technician (Bob) isn’t available. Never get a call back. Call a second time the next day, still isn’t available and I never get a call back. I wait a couple more days and call a third time and the man on the phone was rude, said they didn’t have my number which is odd. It should be in their system. I don’t think any of these positive reviews are legitimate. If I ever have to have any work done on any of my vehicles I’d rather go somewhere else even if it’s a lot further.

Incredible Service! Great Communication! Timely Turn Around! Excellent Quality! My daughter sadly had her first "fender bender" in my Jeep. I heard good things about Tom Bell (including from the Jeep Dealership). . . and they did not disappoint! I especially want to recognize Evan. He kept me informed every step of the way, looked for ways to save me money, was proactive in his communication, and went "above and beyond" to ensure that I was pleased with the end results - even helping me do some mild customization. The quality of the bodywork, paint work, and mechanicals was top-notch. I would highly recommend them for any of your bodywork needs.

Great service, from check in to check out, all communication and interaction has been positive. Chad was amazing at communicating with us every step of the process. It was easy dropping off the car, the gal at the front desk was so helpful and patient answering our questions. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

Tom Bell Collision Center came highly recommend by the Toyota Dealership in Redlands, and they were AMAZING! Last week, the wind was so horrific that (while I opened the driver's door) the door opened more than it should have. I could clearly see that the top door hinge was cracked or broken, and the door stopper completely broke off, and I ultimately could no longer shut the door. I was unable to drive it, and had to have it towed. After calling around, Chad Michael (the manager) was able to help me as much as possible over the phone and through email. He allowed me to email him photos of my car door, and he immediately gave me a rough estimate range on what the cost for the possible damages were. On top of his quick and friendly customer service, he ensured me that he would do his best to keep the cost as low as he possibly could (as he still needed to see the damages in person). I had my car towed there the next morning, and he kept me updated on the process. Chad and his team were able to save my door (which many other body shops insisted I had it replaced), as well as the hinges (one was cracked but he is a genius and figured a way to salvage and reinforce it). I appreciate Chad going above and beyond in customer service, and taking great care of my car! I highly recommended heading to Tom Bell Collision Center for your auto body needs. Thank you!

History:I've had work done with Tom Bell in the past and have been very pleased. Two vehicles have been repaired on time and in budget. My most recent experience was very different.Pros:The quality of the work was good. The vehicle looks and runs as expected.Cons:Was quoted three weeks to complete work on my vehicle. It took over 6 weeks to complete. I understand a small delay in getting parts or unexpected issues that arise, but not 2x the quoted time.The person working the front desk was very rude over the phone and in person.I discovered items missing from my vehicle after it was returned to me.Summary:I cannot trust this company anymore and would not recommend working with them to my friends or colleagues.
