This shop was recommended by two family members. Made appt 2 1/2 weeks in advance for a water pump. Great price quote, much less than the dealer, but tried to call them four times: twice a few days before my appt and twice the day of my appt to confirm and let them know I needed to have the car towed in. No one answered the phone. Asked via voicemail if I need to be there if I had it towed in and asked them to call me back. Left multiple messages and no one returned my call. Called another Toyota shop, they answered after the first ring, and made appt for next day. A little more money but at least they answer the phone. Two stars for good prices, but not sure the work would ever be done.

This place is one of the best things about living in the IE! I believe that even if we were to move away, we would return to Simply Automotive to have Joe and Lynn take care of our cars! Joe’s wife is nice too and the other guys who work there. I believe one person is Sam but mostly you’ll probably see Joe (who owns the place) and Lynn (who makes everything happen). Thank you, Simply Automotive, for keeping us safe on the road!

DISCLAIMER: You gotta book two weeks in advance to get work done on your vehicle. Call and plan accordingly.Now that is out of the way, these guys know their stuff, even the receptionist can tell you what's up and explain to you in very simple terms. Really great group of people doing great work. The price is very reasonable on top that they also only use original factory parts. What I appreciate is that they are pretty upfront about stuff and will not really try to upsell you to a service unless they think it is necessary.Been here twice, and I plan to go back. Highly recommend.

These guys worked on my 2008 Lexus GX470. I set asked for a quote through Yelp, and was given a fair price for the repair. I needed the timing belt replaced, as I had recently purchased the truck, and wasn't sure it had been completed previously. The team here worked on my truck most of the day, but were able to get it to me by the afternoon. I felt the entire process went smoothly. I trusted the mechanics here, to not try to upsell, or oversell parts or things I didn't need for my truck. The truck also came back the exact same way I sent it out. Meaning a knowledgeable team that really knows Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Thanks again guys!

My rav 4 needed a rear main seal replaced which is considered an elaborate job. I was quoted fair below dealership. Job was complete on time and haven't leaked since. I recommend this shop.

Great trustworthy, fair, respected auto shop in Redlands. Before taking my cars to Simply, I always took them to the dealer. I found Simply taking better care of my car and charging a fair price and being honest on what I need done. I been taking my Toyota and now Lexus here for many years. They are busy, so schedule service early. The staff is always friendly and a pleasure do business with.

After spending $1800 at another local shop on my wife's RX300, and the shop still not fixing the issue, I was referred to Simply Toyota. After a quick diagnostic they pinpointed the issue and had it fixed within a day at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for any Toyota/Lexus needs.
