Returning items, even when they are opened, is a hassle-free at this location, especially if you are unsatisfied with the product. The staff were all nice and welcoming.

Do not recommend. Bought 3 foundations, lip pencil and lipstick. I left store to go to bathroom because they said theirs was not open to public. Came back and purchased my items which were behind the counter in a basket, almost $200. I thought it was high but once I got home and got my stuff out I discovered I had been given an extra $38item. I work full-time and was sick for 2 and a half weeks, just came back to return with my receipt and they would not give me my money back. I had to get a store credit. I was sick and live 25minutes away: how is this good customer service. I shopped on good faith, was charged for a product I did not choose or want and now I have no choice but accept store credit when I just bought a bunch of products. That sucks.

Had the best experience ever! Came in for a gift and got brand new make up for myself. Thanks to Jordan who went above and beyond to help me find everything I need. I never felt like he tried to sell me on anything. After trails and tribulations we finally found the concealer for me and some more goodies. Jordan’s was the best!!!!

I’ve been here a few times and have been able to get what I need each time, the employees are very helpful as well. Only thing is that the walkways are a bit narrow so when it’s busy it’s hard to walk around.
