My truck overheated, and I dropped it off at the shop in the morning.They never got to it, and when he did.He told me.I need a fifteen thousand dollar, yes, 15k engine.
After towing the car to another shop, We discovered a busted hose and a bad thermostat.My bill was less than three hundred dollars.
I called to ask what happened.What's going on?They never got back to me.

Redlands Tire Pros provide professional and timely service. I have purchased several sets of tires here as well as come in for occasional maintenance. I have shopped prices online and locally and Tire Pros are always very competitive. They can do a lot of other maintenance items as well as tires, so should be considered for brakes, brake fluid, and suspension rebuilds, Probably have the things as well... Doesn't hurt to ask!

DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!! I originally used them last year to purchase two tires and the young guy there gave me a good deal which was cheaper than other shops. As a man, I went in there knowing the business and what prices to expect from shopping around. Yesterday my wife went to get two rear tires for the same car and they absolutely ripped her apart. They charged her a fair price for the tires but added so many “FEES” that any man or person who knows the business, wouldn’t have paid. They charged her an extra $25 for them having to get the tires delivered.(something they didn’t charge me when they had to get them delivered). The. They charged stupid disposal fees (which I wasn’t asked to pay last year), and $197 for “LABOR”. For 2 stupid tires! They give good mechanics a really bad name. I can’t stand stupid unethical people like these guys who would treat women differently by scamming for more money. I’m getting in touch with the owner, BBB, and informing our city newspaper. Our entire church congregation will absolutely not do business with you anymore nor will anyone we know. This is prejudice and highly unacceptable!

I've been a long time customer and I just can't come to this place anymore. On several occasions I've been told a price over the phone only to come in and have them jack up the price. It's always the same issue too, "oh I thought you said something else." This time was over the top and no support on their end either. I called for an issue with my alternator and was told that it would be 800 dollars, already overpriced. When I showed up he said, "oh I thought you said 2014 was the year of your truck," I said no I clearly stated it was a 2012, plus my truck is in their database and he was looking at it as we spoke. So when I showed up the price almost doubled to 1200 dollars, for an alternator. I shopped around and found out that these guys have the highest prices from anywhere. I am now getting it done elsewhere for 450 dollars and this business in yucaipa now has my future service as well. Way to many issues with these guys and being a loyal customer means nothing to them. This was the fourth time I was lied to over the phone.

I got a flat tire the other day and just dropped in here. The guys helped me right away - did a diagnostic, found the culprit, and fixed the tire for me - all within 40 minutes (I was barely late to work!) and for a really reasonable price, too. Everyone was very professional. definitely recommend, and would definitely come again.

I got a nail stuck in my tire and was leaking air. Took it in to these guys and they looked at it right away and said they'd be able to fix it right away. About 15-20 minutes later they came out and let me know it was fixed and I was good to go. I asked how much I owed them and they told me not to worry about it. They earned a new customer. If they're not charging for a tire patch then I know I can trust them not to overcharge or anything like that. If they were that type of company they would've charged me for the patch. 100% highly recommend this Redlands Tire Pros.

Stopped in today to get my truck tire fixed and pretty busy on a Saturday. But I got in to have the techs work on my tire so wasn't too bad. The tire shop in general had good customer service and provided nice work on my issue that I needed fixed. Wanna say thank you to this shop and it's workers for taken care of my tire. Also thank you to Peter for his help and great service.!
