Excellent customer service and workmanship. Brought in a ring that needed repairs as well as modifications in a short period of time. They made the repairs and modifications with time to spare. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

I’ve bought a pair of new studs from them, a necklace, and had them make me a pair of custom earrings using stones I brought in and a single reference photo of a similar style. They did such an amazing job each time and treat you well whether you’re spending <$1k or $10k+.

Fabulous customer service!!!! My little son was fascinated with the magnifier they used to look at the jewelry. Andrew even gave him one. My son was on cloud 9. The prices were great. My wedding ring needed to be repaired. It is a smaller style but I was not treated lesser important in anyway. I love that it is a family business and that George and his family have been serving this area for over 30 years. I look forward to getting my grandmother's ring repaired next.

I typically don't do reviews but this deserves one. Excellent place! I needed a custom-designed diamond setting with lab diamond last minute (due to the online diamond store losing my diamond during shipping somehow) and Andrew was able to do it quickly do it and easily blew past my expectations! Here is the high level summary as to why you should come here for ring shopping:
1. Price: pricing for lab diamonds is super competitive: way cheaper than typical lab diamond sites like Brilliant Earth and Blue Nile. Somehow competitive with some of the lowest online diamond stores you can find! The price of the custom designed ring I got was a very good deal, I doubt I was able to find another custom-designed ring for a lower price, both online and definitely compared to other in stores.
2. Service: I got an extremely accurate and competitive quote for a custom-designed engagement ring. Andrew was able to make 3D renders and upon commenting on things I didn't initially like, he was able to quickly make different renders and provide changes to the design. For example, he recommended putting a basket onto the original setting for longevity for the ring, something I never thought of but he knew that I value durability.
3. Environment: Family-owned business. I visited the store multiple times just to browse and check out options. I asked a lot of questions and the family/staff were always eager to help. There was no pressure for me to make an immediate sale/purchase. The store wasn't artificially brightly lit to make diamonds brighter than what they naturally would look like. It just felt authentic.
4. Honesty: I was quoted a certain price for my ring initially. I accepted and signed the paperwork and put in the deposit. When I picked up the ring, he said that since I signed the paper, the cost of platinum went down significantly and he passed the savings to me! I gladly signed the paperwork for the initial quote. He had absolutely no legal obligation to lower the price and pass it to me (BTW he only asked if I liked my experience to put a review in AFTER passing on the savings, not before which could have look like a conditional treatment. I had no obligation to put a review whatsoever).
So overall, an honest, family-owned, physical store that offers lab (and natural) diamonds with custom settings available whose lab diamond pricing is competitive with the cheapest online lab diamond wholesale store that you can really find… Easy 5 stars and definitely seriously considering as your one and only shopping place for engagement rings!

This place is great. We found them back in December when I needed to get my wife’s birthday present resized. They were the only place open that Sunday and had the ring ready for pick up before we left town 3 days later. So, I decided to come back for a repair on one ring and a cleaning and polishing on the other. I’m glad we did. Not only was the turn around time much faster than I had anticipated, but the work was top notch. My wife was very pleased to see her two old rings returned to new condition. We will definitely be returning customers.

My fiance went to Redlands Diamond District for diamond earrings, and they were very welcoming and helpful throughout the whole process. The earrings were custom-made and came out beautifully! We look forward to visiting Redlands Diamond District again in the future!

Trust worthy. Family owned store. Very friendly to interact with. Kind and polite family. Took in family ring. Gem replaced. Prongs reinforced. Ring cleaned. All the work was done perfectly and professionally. Ring looked brand new. Very pleased with cost of work provided. I would highly recommend this business.

This place is a hidden gem. Family owned business. I love the fact that they treat their customers like they have known you for years. I've sent my family members and friends here for battery replacement on watches etc. I would definitely not drive to LA for great deals on my future purchases. I'd rather come here. Trustworthy, family owned. Come give them a try you will see what I'm talking about.

I cannot say enough about Redlands Diamond District. From the moment I walked into the store; I was greeted by Ron and George. Ron was the first to help me. George was helping a customer. But as soon as he finished with his customer, he came over to greet me. Who does that nowadays? Great customer is a dying art. I was taken back by how welcomed they made me feel. I purchased an engagement ring to complete the wedding band set for my wife. They did a deep clean on the wedding band at no charge. The engagement ring that I purchased was beautiful, and at an extremely fair price. George, who is the father originally quoted me eleven days to have the new ring sized, and the original cleaned. I had told George that it was a surprise for my wife’s birthday. I got a call the next day letting me know that the rings were ready for pickup. When I went into pickup my rings; George told me that he knew it was important to me to get the rings done as soon as possible for my wife’s upcoming birthday. So he made my order priority. I will NEVER go anywhere else for jewelry. Thank you Redlands Diamond District for making me feel like family.
