We love our new wheel chair it's functionality wins alone not to mention the cute custom colors we picked out . Jackie called up to make sure we are satisfied with the quality and function of the new chair. We absolutely love it and are so lucky to qualify for this well made sturdy chair. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, NSM refused to any attempt to accommodate me. I refused the wheelchair. Christian, the rep I dealt with, has a voicemail that doesn't accept messages and after four weeks, he has not contacted me. I was told the wheelchair would weigh 20 lbs. Without the wheels and back, it is 46 lbs. Horrible customer service. NON EXISTENT COMMUNICATION.

I can't recommend National Seating and Mobility. I was working with National Seating and Mobility for my 92 year old mother-in-law. We dealt with the San Bernardino, CA location. We went to their location on 5/15/24 to fit my mother-in-law for a power scooter. They made their recommendation and then told us 2-3 month wait. The insurance had already authorized it, why so long? I contacted several sources in an attempt to get it earlier. Ultimately, there was no other source. The manufacturer rep told me to work with NSM but tell NSM that we want a newer model, not what was being offered. I spoke to reps at NSM two or three times regarding the newer model. All of this occured before June. Well, they never did anything with the order. It has now been 11 weeks and they told the insurance company representative that they were willing to work with us and get the scooter but, we would have to give them 90 days to complete the order. I went to another local supplier and bought my mother-in-law the scooter today. She loves it.

As a mother of a special needs child. Do not use this company. My son has been over five months without a chair they placed the wrong order for the wrong size battery and even after leaving message with manager about the tech not even examining my sons chair to even see if this was the issue I never received a call back and they still are pushing it off as if it’s no big deal. My son had to miss school I’m and left with pushing him. He’s 20 years old and so uncomfortable without his chair. It’s almost been 6 months, I keep explaining to the receptionist who’s always rude to me and brushes me off and does nothing to help. Please do not use them.

I ordered an electric wheel chair months ago. It was aproved by Humana. I called them several times. They said they had not received an order from my MD. They were not helful. I called 3 times to no avail. They said they would contact my MD. They did not. Finally my MD faxed them a new order and a copy of all their correspondence. Miraculously they responded. I am still awaiging an evaluation by one of their technicians. If I do not hear from them I will ask Humana to take them off their list of contracted DMEs

These people are not interested in providing service to the customer. Once they have received the money for the equipment you become irrelevant to them.

The customer service is terrible to put it mildly, my wife's scooter order remains a puzzle. Her primary care physician has faxed over all necessary paperwork requested. This place has dysfunction to the max

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They completely messed up when the ordered my daughters chair. They ordered one without a transportation option and my child does not transfer to a seat in our van she stays in her wheelchair. The technician (Christian) literally brought our old chair back and told me that my husband could put the brackets from the old chair on the new chair and left.... the new chair is safety tested to for people to ride in it while in a vehicle! The person in charge of the office (mark) stated he would call me back last night or first thing this morning...that didn't happen. I've advised our insurance to not pay for this chair and and I've even gotten the regional director involved. This could have all been avoided had they just apologized for getting a chair without a transportation option and re ordering the correct chair... but here we are 9 months and still no chair! Half tempted to post screenshots of text messages and emails... maybe then we will get the chair my child needs. The redlands office should be shut down due to incompetence.

2 months ago my doctor put in the order for a power chair Medicare approved it after several calls nobody ever returned a call and their voice-mail states someone will call you back after 4pm. Never got that call. I have had 13 strokes and a recent fall which turned into an entire hip replacement and walking is nearly impossible each time I call "the guy hasn't returned to the office with the information he took from me. After reading all these reviews have me really worried. NO WHEELCHAIR

If I can give this company -10 stars I would the worst company ever including customer service and supervisors. My doctor has submitted orders since August to have my nephew's medical equipment fixed and I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. I leave messages they are not answered I send emails nothing. My doctor has submitted the orders 3 times and nothing this is a pacient that depends 100% percent on his medical equipment for daily life he is disabled on a vent in a vegetative state and has many doctor's appointments and I cannot get his equipment fixed yet they are fast to contact the insurance to ensure payment months in advance. Do not deal with this company at all. Horrible.

Worst service ever my son had to items repaired took months to arrive after they arrived they were defective I’m still waiting after three months to have them exchanged that because they need another prescription and authorization customer service never returns calls hard to get through and management is just the same very rude and never answer calls either

Speaking with Rachel and having her try and set up our daughters appointments has been a terrible experience for the past couple months. She has made appointments 3 different times with us, first two were no shows and the third she ignores us entirely and hangs up the phone on us. Shes extremely rude and insists that there's nobody else in the company I can talk to. I am very disappointed that a service like this would show as much unprofessionalism and rudeness to their clients. I am very surprised Rachel still has a job here and just shows how unprofessional the management is to let this continue since I'm obviously not the only one having issues with this service.

They have missed 2 appointments to look at wheelchair repairs. No phone call, no nothing. I've tried calling 27 times. No answers.They say on recording they will return your call. But never do. Kinda sad to treat the disabled this way.
