I bought my car here 2022 nissan sv, they had it on the site for 20,000 when I got there they pulled a bait and switch on me, I was very upset about it, and then they tried to put hidden fees in contract and get me at an 11% Apr rate when my credit is amazing, and they got my address wrong and it took them from July to April this year to give me my registration, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You advertise a car for 20,000 when it's a 2022 honor waste of gas and time. ( 7/12/2024 update they replied to my review they lied, I called multiple times they don't care they just want your money, Daniel sold me the car a short guy with glasses he advertised the car for 20,000 and pulled a bait and switched on me they are unprofessional, the number that responded to my review is a liar to they won't fix anything stay away from this dealership, last thing Daniel lied to me and said I had 0 credit just to get me at an 11% Apr rate, when I had a credit score in the 700 don't do it people. LIARS!!!!! AND THIEVES!!!!!!

Jorge, I would like to share my experience with you and ask all of you great car dealers to ask our community and PROMISING AND PROMISING services that they possibly cannot fulfill; some with advantageous and unaffordable financing, exorbitant interests and as our community some of us have the need, the curiosity and the possible certainty that they could help us, because we literally fall into waits of more than 6 hours in their locations, with sellers, I do not say all but at least the one I got had no idea of the details of each car that he showed us, Jorge very formally agreed 4 days ago to give us an answer and until now we have not heard from you again .
Fortunately there are options, thank you for your attention, what a shame and respect our experience was not good ?

I enjoy going to Metro Nissan of Redlands because I have the best time doing maintenance on my vehicle because I know metro Nissan of Redlands is looking out for my best interest. They recommend mileage services recommended by the factory that I will continue to do they also have a nice lounge and friendly enough to let me look at my vehicle when they are working on it.
