I was recommended to come to this shop based on their integrity, quality of work, and efficiency. I had my brakes and rotors surfaced same day for a reasonable price.
Later that night, while driving, there was an issue with my tire where it would significantly vibrate at high speeds. I took it in the next morning and Greg immediately took it in to see what the problem was. It appeared that I may have left the parking brake partially set, and they cleaned up and resurfaced the rotor at no cost. He made sure to take it for a test drive to ensure the problem was fixed.
Other shops may have refused to take responsibility and/or charged additional fees.
Greg’s garage take pride in their work and ensure you leave satisfied.
Maybe you can find someplace cheaper, but I’d rather trust my vehicle with a shop that has integrity and cares for the end result of their work.

I was looking for a new repair shop and Greg's met my criteria: clean shop area, ASE certified, convenient location and personable.
My first appointment was just for routine service, but they also managed to find (and fix in just a few minutes) an undercarriage noise that had been driving me crazy.

Greg (the owner) is a good guy. He has done some good work for me and given me great advice. I’ll be honest, there was a time or two he had to turn me away for work, simply because of how big the job was (my car is an absolute nightmare and it’s not a huge shop). That’s not a negative towards him or his shop; but even though I wasn’t giving him work, he still took time out of his day to make calls and help me figure out what I needed, so that I knew what to ask a bigger shop for, and so that I didn’t get taken advantage of. It doesn’t get much more honest than that. Also, if he tells you that when you replace one thing, you’ll want to replace the other, that’s not “mechanic talk,” where he’s trying to upsell you. He’s right. There are many things that should be replaced together. He knows what he’s talking about.

Greg's absolutely goes the extra mile and has done a great job of diagnosing issues and not pressuring when they find anything else. My daughter just turned 16 and he was great about getting her new/old car running really well. It meant the world to me that they would take the time to make sure my not so little one was safe.

Needed fluid change on Prius Prime Premium and they were fantastic. Dropped off the night before and gave it back less than 24 hours with no troubles. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

I recently reached out to Gregs Garage to promote my business, but unfortunately, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. From the beginning of the conversation, it was clear that he had no interest in hearing what I had to say. He was rather dismissive, interrupting me and cutting me off mid-sentence. As a fellow business owner, I was shocked and disappointed by their lack of respect. It's common courtesy to at least hear out someone who is reaching out to you, regardless of whether or not you're interested in their services. The way Greg treated me was completely unacceptable. As a result of this negative experience, I would never consider doing business with this shop. If this is how they treat potential partners or clients, I can only imagine how they treat their current ones. If you're looking for a business that values professionalism and respects other entrepreneurs, I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Greg and his staff are very professional and worked very efficiently and determined problems more than just a torn upper radiator hose . Replaced leaking water pump / thermostat/ upper and lower hoses in less than 24 hours . All this during the time when heat and humidity in Redlands was 108 and 75%. Great job Greg! Thank you for getting my Suburban fixed so quickly and at an affordable price.!!
