If your ordering online or via app and expect like their website says 2 hrs or less save your breathThey don’t do it.Spend extra $5 or so and go next door to kohls they definitely do

Since I can’t add a new rating I’m changing my rating from 5 stars (last year or so) to 3. Your employees really are the face of the company. That hasn’t and won’t ever change. So today, I got 3 star service. No greeting when we came in, so actually it should be 2 stars. When it was time to check out, the clerk did not ask if we were ready to check out. We kind of just looked at each other and she nodded her head - calling me to her register I guess. Yes I could have said “we’re ready” but if you have ever cared about your retail job, you know you should greet the customer. Anyway, the third star is for at least saying “have a good day”. SMH.

Very over priced, with very little selection. Big store with small volume. Famous footwear has a better selection. People don't sleep on Big 5 their stuff is always marked down.

It's always a nice experience buying shoes at a great price here. They now have their deepest discounts on a rack up front. Manager was very knowledgeable about brands and super helpful!

It was the worst experiences I ever had. The young sale person only allowed me try on shoes limited times, it made me feel really uncomfortable, and I do not recommend this store.
