I've had almost entirely positive experience with this store. The clothing is of decent quality, the staff is helpful, the material is durable and it's stylish. My some complaint would be with the sizing. In recent years, Banana Republic has moved to vanity sizing. My pants, which are normally a 31 or 32, were 4 inches too large. I needed to purchase a 28, which is NOWHERE near my waist line.I really hope they stop this. BRING A TAPE MEASURE when you shop here!!

The customer service and the selection at this store is amazing. Today I was helped by some of the most amazing people - so amazing in fact, that I have to shout them out by name. Natalie, Charron, Aldair, and Tim - my goodness, THANK YOU for your phenomenal kindness. I was in the store trying on clothes for hours, and each of you was kind from the moment I walked in the store until the moment I checked out. I'm looking forward to the next time that I get to shop at your store and the customer service is a HUGE factor why. Thank you and you all are super awesome. 10 stars!!!It was such a beautiful blessing to meet you all. God Bless you!

I was out shopping buying my Christmas gifts for my family, when I was pleasantly surprised to receive such a great customer service experience by a young worker here at the Mountain Grove store by the name Victoria. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but I asked and if I recall right it was in fact Victoria. "Don't quote me" However I want to point out in the midst of all the chaos going on during Black Friday as it always is every year, she was the single piece that made the experience enjoyable. She was able to help me pick out a nice set of lounge wear for my mother in-law and some clothes for my father in-laws trip to Africa in the spring. I was looking for something specific and she was able to point me in the right direction. She was not only helpful in deciding what to purchase, but also being warm and inviting, and not pushing sales too much as others normally do. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future, and look forward to seeing how well mannered the rest of the staff at this location is!

Very neat, clean and well-maintained establishment. I didn't find many varieties, but it's good that you can find what you're looking for right away. They don't waste your time. Prices are reasonable, staff is helpful. I am very satisfied. Thanks

Location: in The Mountain Grove Plaza Store is clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Came here because my son loves their sweaters. Plus, doesn't hurt to treat yourself too. If you don't want to get a Banana Republic card, you can sign up for Style points with a phone number and email address. This automatically gives you 10% discount at the checkout. If you give your birth month & day, the. You get another $5 off.

Getting there: Located in the Mountain Grove part of the plaza, you can find parking in front or all around the parking lot. Experience: I've only been in this store a handful of times and they always have such cute clothes, but none ever for the occasion I am looking for. I would also say if you can try to shop at the Ontario Mills location because it will be a lot cheaper, even though it's a little bit of a drive from this location.

Several years ago when I heard we were getting a Banana Republic and a Gap in Redlands I was elated. I was disappointed that we ended up getting factory stores instead. The quality just isn't the same. I've found a few cute tops here over the years, but often the clothes are cut weird and don't fit quite right. I would say, that I have purchased some really cute and affordable jewelry here though, so that is a plus. I came to purchase some tops for work since I will be finally returning in person in a few days and I didn't want to drive all the way to Victoria Gardens. I took a lap around the store to see if anything caught my eye, and several ladies asked if they could help me find anything, which seemed very nice and genuine. I declined since I was just perusing and then all of a sudden they turned a bunch of lights off in the store. It was still light outside so this seemed odd. I asked what time they closed and they said 7, which is what time it was. This was during the week, not a Sunday. They said I could keep shopping but it was awkward and I didn't feel comfortable while they were waiting for me to leave. I wish they would have mentioned to me that the store hours had changed and they were closing earlier, considering they usually close at 9. I understand that they probably aren't profiting enough between 7-9 to stay open and that covid probably is to blame, but all the other businesses around were open so it was just strange.
