I went into Yannello’s last week looking to test drive a couple different SUV’s I saw online and let me tell you, this was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.
Anthony was pretty busy helping other customers that day but didn’t leave me waiting on him at all. He was very open and honest about the process and the vehicles history. I ended up taking home my car that day!
I’d definitely recommend Yannello’s if you’re looking for a vehicle and don’t want to be swindled by a larger dealership.

I bought my first car off a lot and financed it back in January of 2018. John was very pleasant with me and not pushy like the big lots. Anthony was very polite with my mother and myself with helping us find the financier. Which he did.I want to thank him for helping us get through the paperwork with ease. I drove off with my future nightmare and almost relationship ended in the guise of a pt cruiser. I found out later that the car hadn't been smoged prior to me driving away the next day. I learned that May to ask a lot of questions. Make sure you get the smog check certification. Always remember with a used car buyer beware. Just watch your I's and t's when dotting and crossing things.

Excellent customer service! Tony and John are outstanding and their word is solid. They back up their vehicles with a 3 month warranty and honor it if you have an issue. I appreciate how they went above and beyond what any used car dealership will do. Thank you Tony, I will buy again from you and send people your way! Roughly 4-5 years ago, I was walking somewhere (can't remember exactly where) but it was by Hinkle's. Back then I wasn't doing so well. I was down on my luck, and alcohol dependent. I was essentially homeless, sleeping on the ground at my mother's 1 bedroom.This elder gentleman (and I use that term very loosely) was out on his lot (I presume it was his, or he just worked there) and I was admiring a vehicle (I didn't have one at the time.) I think I asked a question, just kinda small talk, and he says, in the most condescending and snooty way "You're gonna need a lot of money to ever have one of these", and essentially dismissed me.Well it's 4 years later, and I drive a very nice 2018 year vehicle. I've gotten my credit up to over 700 and a down payment as I'm going to be in the market to upgrade very soon. I'll tell you right now that somebody as self absorbed and rude as he was to somebody who was just asking a question and being as polite as I was, will NOT be getting my business.I get I wasn't in the nicest clothes, and I wasn't very well kempt, but if that's how you treat another fellow human being, you can absolutely forget it.We are in this life together, but it seems that guy was "above all else".Terrible human.

Went in to talk to the guy about maybe trading in my vehicle. I don't think he was interested. He was a little arrogant and rude. I guess if you have money in hand he'll probably be nice to you I was just looking for a trade LOL
