Very nice folks working in the store. I was passing through town with work on a short schedule. I went by there at 6pm. They diagnosed my IPhone 10 in a few minutes, and then after about another 10 minutes they had my phone repaired and I was back on the road. BTW, they have a huge selection of marine deep cycle batteries.

They claim to be a cell phone repair shop but only work on top brand phones. If you have on old phone they won't work on it even if you have a parts phone. Very sad state of affair.

Got a iPhone screen fixed and the guy was not informative of the job he was doing or the product he was using . I asked him direct is the screen your using going to raise more from the phone then the original screen . His answer was I’m not sure . Umm you’re a tech guy . So now my phone doesn’t even recognize me touching it etc . STAY AWAY FROM. Also this 2 days later and it’s already showing signs of glitch

I dropped off an iPad with a woefully smashed up screen for a repair Thursday morning, and it was available for pick up the very next day. The technician explained the timeline in advance and communicated well.When I picked the IPad up, the cashier helped me by changing a battery on my Tile keychain, explaining the expected life of the unused battery ( I purchased a 2 pack) and the whole transaction was fast and pleasant.

Even though the store was very busy I was able to get my Iphone battery replaced within two hours and all of the staff was polite and very helpful in answering my questions.

Worst store ever!! Buyers beware. Go someplace. Made my phone 10 times worse and when I spoke with Jessica the manager she was horrible and rude and told me too bad!!!!!
