“In my five years of banking at this Redding BofA branch, and in my 3 decades of banking with BofA, I have enjoyed friendly and professional customer service but Chris L. took it to whole another level: he welcomed me warmly, quickly assessed my needs asked my day's schedule, and figured out a timely solution given my time constraints, offered me water while I waited, and even connected me with his colleagues so I could get some information about a physician practice loan vs physician home loan. He got me appropriate help quickly and anticipated my questions, offered me helpful information and made me feel valued as a longtime customer of the bank. He was easy to talk to, good natured, thoughtful in his questions, and patient with my questions - I appreciate him so much! Clone Chris or promote him to management to teach others how to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere - most people find it a chore to go to the bank or intimidating to discuss financial issues but Chris's personality, professionalism and charisma made banking here a delight! His friendliness made banking less intimidating, he took his time to respectfully explain things I didn't understand, and he put me at ease so I felt comfortable asking questions. Through our conversations I realized I had banking needs I didn't realize could be solved through BofA. His positivity is infectious and should be duplicated if at all possible! Occasionally the ATM's don't like to read a check if the background noise on the paper is too busy, which is annoying, but having to go inside isn't a big deal to me.”

“Our experience with Tri Counties Bank and Maria Elena Maready, a mortgage specialist was excellent! We were referred to her by our neighbor, Nora Hill who also works at Tri Counties but in Chico. Both of these women are top-notch. My husband's parents gifted us their house in Red Bluff as they were moving home to Mexico and she speaks Spanish so she was able to communicate with my in-laws. We had no idea how to process a loan for the balance owed on the mortgage and Elena walked us through it. She was always available for my endless questions. She is a wonderful and efficient mortgage specialist and she accommodated us by meeting in Anderson so we didn't have to drive to Redding. We also had many documents to sign and we were able to handle 90% of it via email and also at the Red Bluff branch of Tri Counties and the women that work there are also fantastic. The whole process took only 1 month! Unbelievably fast! We are so happy with Elena and all of her team helping us to become homeowners here in Red Bluff!”
