I was very happy with my visit. I was clueless with the products I needed and Emma helped me pick out exactly what I needed. The store was very busy and I had a lot of questions but she didn't rush me and I felt comfortable. She was very nice. The prices are good.

I’ve been shopping here for years now. This last time, their sale signs were misleading- I picked up products from directly near to the sign and went to check out and was told it did not qualify even though the signs clearly said “brand name- 4 for 20”. I was the only customer there, they saw me picking them out and said nothing. The girl seemed annoyed and there was no apology for the mistake or inconvenience given. I went back to reselect and had to go up to her 3-4 times to ask questions (again, I was the only customer there). When I asked for a recommendation she just showed me 2 products without explaining anything about them or why. She was polite enough when I did approach her and I walked out feeling fairly accomplished with my purchases, but halfway through I almost walked out and went to target next door because it just felt easier. I do like this store and they have good deals but agree they need to work on customer service and being clearer with their signs/placement of items!

Update your hours online! It shows you're open till 8pm every night, really irritating when you show up at 7 and the doors are locked and you just have a sign by your door. It's not hard.

Rip offs. They have a special when you purchase a certain amount of hair supplies you get a package of wipes free. Last 3 times I went in over the course of two weeks the same cashier rings me up then scans the barcode for the free wipes then keeps the facial wipes without giving them to me. How many others has this happened to? I feel awkward to say something to her but next time I go in there I will say something the problem is is that she was the senior beauty advisor on duty

The staff there is always ready to answer questions and offer their suggestions. For the most part I have found them to be knowledgeable about the products they offer.

They had customers in the store at 6:55 when I had walked in. I was told they were closed and they proceeded to tell me I can’t come in. I had asked about the five minutes left and told them I’d already had the list of what I needed while others were still shopping, but they wouldn’t let me in. Very lazy and inconsiderate. It sucks they’re the only Sally’s aside from Anderson....

Went there today to purchase a perm. I had asked Hailey @ the register, what Quantum perm of the 2 was firmer. She said "I don't know". Hailey was a sweet girl, BUT im sorry.... Hailey is working in a Beauty supply store... The Beauty industry. She looked VERY unprofessional and not as she should working in a Beauty Supply Store. Her hair looked oily & dirty. Her nail polish was horribly chipped off, and had no makeup on or (sorry to say) didn't look clean. She had no name badge or definitely didn't know about the product she was selling. I was a stylist over 20 years and I would just think a company in the Beauty or Styling Industry would have a knowledgeable, professional looking staff.

Val is so awesome! Every single time I need professional advice and opinions, for my 2 girls and myself, I know I’m in good hands! She takes her time to explain the process of the products and never makes me feel rushed. She ensures the customer is beyond satisfied. She knows so much about all the products in the store, which is so important. I’m thankful she works there, as she has helped with all our hair needs!
