You people have the worse customer service ever. Your delivery people Don't care where they put anything, there just in a hurry to drop, get a check and go. Very poor service. I gotta say Budwieser has You beat in a long shot. At least they take there time/ stock and get things done ✔️

They hire new sales people to do an order but do not train them at all, once we train them how to do the right order they move them to diffrent area and as store owner we start all over again to train, and their sales people act like doing the beer order is rocket science, then there customer service is hard to reach

Since Redding Dist. Has been bought out by Golden Brands their customer service has been terrible. If you’re a brand looking to partner with them- look elsewhere because as a business I am shopping elsewhere ( as in Scanni & Blach) for items that are not “name brand” such as coors and coors light.

So glad they got bought out. The Staff at HQ had a big fish in a little pond attitude that was not appreciated. Staff was routinely rude and condescending, I feel bad for anyone that chose to do business them here to Reyes being better.
