Can't say I've been a client for a long time, but, based on my interactions and experience so far, I can see see that being a strong possibility. All staff members are very responsive and handle any/all issues quickly and professionally. Setting everything up was quick and easy with a few emails back and forth. This team knows what is needed and takes care of so much that it frees me up to handle other aspects of the business. When I grew from a one man band to having employees and accounts I went with a payroll company and an accountant. The first thing I was told is that I'm no longer and contractor, and am now a businessman. I chuckled as I left. Audra was my guide as I learned about all the compliance details, and it quickly became clear that going at it alone would have been the same as trying to be my own doctor.Northstate Bookkeeping has been my rock! We have had zero issues hit us, even though we have seen our share of curve balls that seem to come out of nowhere (company purchases, growth management, PPP run around, etc.). They are always available, and I'm able to make smarter decisions in the field, or in the office.We (because it is a "we") have been able to ensure our company has stayed solvent, and all of our compliance obligations are either met or ahead of the game. We always get a tax refund, which we apply to the next year. In the trades there are a lot of independents who are in trouble with years of taxes, and have a hard time with their debit. Without Audra and her team I know in my heart I would be in the same boat. Instead, we have a routine which enables us to easily share the pertinent monthly information, and my experience is that Northstate Bookkeeping might as well be here in Napa with me because that's exactly how it feels.I'm a big fan... and I'm still in business!

I use Northstate Bookkeeping for my business tax, accounting and payroll needs. The entire staff at Northstate is extremely responsive and friendly. I have been working with them remotely because my business is located hours away from their physical location, but that has caused no hindrance to Northstate's ability to take care of us. In fact, I find that I receive much better service and response from them than I did from my previous accountant that was located in the same town. They always make my needs a priority. I would definitely recommend them.

We have been using Northstate Bookkeeping for several years and are delighted to have them take care of this part of our business. We started out with just one business and have branched into two always having Northstate do our financials. When we took over our 2nd business the books were a mess. Fortunately we had Northstate by our side to get them in proper order. Audra and her team do a wonderful job and let us sleep well at night. We never have to worry and lets us focus on the day to day tasks. 5 stars
