Amazing service, seriously. My husband shattered our long/thin window by our front door and he called some random company to give us a quote. The guy took 2 weeks to come out, quoted us $500, told us it would take 2 more weeks to order glass, and then another 3 weeks until he could get us scheduled for install. We sat on it for a few weeks and randomly decided to sell our house which meant the window needed to be fixed asap. I called Nicolet Glass and they came out 15 MINUTES after I called, I mean the receptionist literally said, “hold on the guys are leaving right now let me go see if they can swing by.” 30 minutes later they’re already done measuring the window. They tell me it’ll be a week before the office gets back to me with a quote, the very next day I get the quote. I immediately call and pay the deposit and they order the glass, they tell me it takes seven days for it to come in and then another two weeks for them to get me on the schedule. So far this is already half as quick as that original guy said it would take him. Seven days later I call and ask if they have an ETA on the glass delivery because our house is now on the market and we are getting showings. She tells me the glass just came in that morning, and she can send someone out to fix it THAT DAY! Overall it took 8 days and $350 vs 7 weeks and $500. To top it off, while it was being fixed my husband asked him to come take a look at the weather stripping on our back door and the guy gave us an extra weather strip free of charge. I’m not even joking, I’m saving their number in my phone and making them my go to glass people.
UPDATE:
They did it again! We needed privacy screens on all the front windows of our home and called two companies for quotes. Nicollet glass, once again, was half the price of the second company and got it done in two weeks. They’ve completed two jobs for us and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Nicolet glass are great to work with! Great prices, great communication, ordering and jobs done quick! Ian at Nicolet Glass has helped us twice now, he is a great technician! Ian and Kitt recently repaired our sliding glass door wheels and screen they were quick, clean and great with two little ones running around. Now the door works as good as new! Thanks Nicolet glass!

Wow this company is amazing! I was getting my house painted and the painter broke my sliding glass door. I called several places in Redding and they wouldn’t come out for several weeks. I called Nicolet and they were able to come out only a few days later. They gave us a quote that was by far the cheapest quote we had gotten and they were able to fix my slider the same day! Max and Kit were super friendly and nice! They did a great job! Very happy with this company.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Gary was awesome. Needed a couple window track seals repaired in our Motorhome and Gary did just that at a reasonable price and wonderful workmanship. I definitely recommend Nicolet Glass for your glass needs. Thank you Nicolette Glass.

Rude, mis-leading and would tell you anything to get your money. The guy comes out and looks at my chipped windshield and tells me he can fix it he thinks he doesn’t want cracks spreading due to the way the windshield was chipped. He proceeded to tell me if it cracks we can replace it. Once I come back they hand me a sheet that basically covers themselves saying that they are not responsible if the crack spreads, I then ask in that event do you have a replacement windshield? They said no, i stated that it was kind of poor business practices not to carry something like that because at the end of the day his customers you would think matter, and taking someone’s car in with a chip in their windshield leaving them with a bigger issue and no car possibly would matter to this man. The gentleman got very upset and started defending his business and how big of warehouse he would need to carry that and how that’s not bad business and how that’s un-reasonable for me to think that way. Horrible experience.

Wow! I had a great experience using Nicolet Glass to remove five very large floor-length mirrors from my living room. Communication was great from the start. I thought the original estimate was just fine, but on the day of service, the crew was able to remove the mirrors in half the time expected. Because of that they called the office and had them knock the price of the job in HALF! Amazing customer service here, I was blown away and will recommend Nicolet to all my friends and family. This is a stand-up business!

I have worked in customer service for more than 40 years and I can tell you my experience with this company was perhaps the most comical and disturbing sale experience I’ve ever had. The details are as follows. I had this company bid on windows and doors for my home. I did not sign on right away because I wanted to compare them with Anderson windows. Suffice it to say they harassed me about my wanting to see their products telling me I was wasting their time and not the kind of customer they wanted. Needless to say I was flabbergasted and quite annoyed. Their behavior was textbook aggressive and punitive attitude. I suggested to them that I had come in to make the final purchase but now I was so disturbed by their attitude that I changed my mind. I asked for the owners name but they would not provide it.Upon further self assessment I looked up the owners name and called the business to let him know my experience at which point he tells me that he doesn’t believe me and starts talking to me as if I was a juvenile delinquent and was the fault of the entire encounter. Needless to say this was just my experience but I’ll bet I am not the only one!!
