No more NAPA Auto parts for me they are independently owned and returns are difficult unless you go to the same one. Not good for travelers.

When you want the most knowledgeable and friendly folks to help you find what you need, you come here. It's not the most convenient location for me. There's close to a dozen auto parts stores between my house and the churn creek location. Yet none of them can hold a candle to the service I receive here.

The office staff upstairs is completely unprofessional and refuse to follow law. Their "bookkeeper" is keeping my daughters child support from her by not submitting the payments even with a garnishment notice. They even have worker driving heavy machinery when they aren't even qualified to do so.

Sold me a BAD camshaft position sensor but wouldn't give me any $ for the $175 diagnostic fee I had to pay a shop to tell me I had a BAD sensor. Shop elsewhere if you want parts that work.

I asked an employee to scan the barcode on my battery to determine if my warranty is still good, he refused. He said I need my receipt, I said if you scan the very visible barcode it will give sale information. He refused. I won't be back. I won't recommend them either.
