I went to this store to purchase some wood sealant for a project I was doing and I was like the only one in the store obviously having trouble finding what I needed and not one person asked me if I need help finding something ....not sure why they were so rude but I won't shop there again.

I need two 2x10x16 kiln dried pieces to complete a project. Meeks was the only place in which I could get them and it was a special order. Once I placed the order with the salesperson on the phone I was given a delivery day and time. That day came and went. No delivery.I called Meeks and they informed me the lumber hadn't arrived yet and delivery would be the following day. It would be wise and good customer service to inform customers that a scheduled delivery has changed so the customer doesn't waste a day waiting for a delivery.In the end I did get the lumber and the delivery guys were extremely courteous.

Made an appointment there to do cabinets , the person never showed up wasted an hour of my time waiting. This was 6 months ago . Also went for doors, not a lot of help so I didn't go back.

Called this Meeks location to ask if they sold CMU blocks (the standard blocks that are sold everywhere....) and the woman on the phone said no. So there you have it, Meek's does not carry CMU blocks. Only, they do. One star for the employee who thought it was easier to tell a customer they don't carry it because she was too incompetent to check.Last time I called, I got an equally disturbing employee who told me very clearly that James Hardy fiber cement board does not pass California inspections (I never asked for this employee's input, only wanted a stock check). The employee was 100% incorrect and couldn't complete a simple stock check. Complete Fail.PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE screen your hires better.....for the sake of you staying in business and so that I may one day purchase something from Meeks.

Poor customer service when going into the store. Was not helpful when asking about doors and the employee almost seemed like she wanted us to leave. I took my service to Lowe's and they were able to help me out instead.

The yard staff was not helpful, he had music blaring that was profanity filled! His pants were half way down his legs! Was about to cancel my order and take my business else where more professional! Where i am not forced to listen to cuss words while i loading my own lumber . If he is the representative for Meeks than you lost my business.

One of their drivers with the licence plate 41505W2 was driving around 1 foot from people's bumpers and doing other reckless things. Insane behavior this guy should not be driving.
