The office staff are more then willing to help, couple areas in the unit drew attention to the attendant, he went to the office to get cleaning product to try to rectify the discoloration. They business is top notch.

After I just had a horrible experience with a major storage complex down the road I figured I needed to give credit to a wonderful place. I had to go to the other place cause I needed a bigger unit. It at least provided me knowledge of how wonderful this place truly is. I will be back here and patiently wait on a waiting list if needed because this place treats you right !!! Very friendly and very nice. Checking out was easy and got a check for my refund. Thanks for a wonderful experience…!

Helped a friend move to the area recently. We found this facility because they also had u-hauls. The person who assisted us was very polite, and respectfully held their distance due to covid-19. They spoke to me from the window so I didn't have to go inside. A rarity sadly. Thank you for taking the virus seriously.

The units and grounds are well kept and I always felt secure. The manager and office staff were very understanding and helpful to our family getting through a difficult time.
