Absolutely outstanding Customer Service. I had a little bit of a lengthy weight. But only because there was an older gentleman who needed more help. But once I was dressed, they got me in and out within 10 minutes.. Their pricing is considerable and super thoughtful. What I mean is you can tell they are not greedy and they’re more tending to helping, which is very rare to find.

They did an excellent job on my 97 dodge diesel. Put a muffler in and found and fixed some noises in the exhaust that I had. Great communication and the work looks fantastic. They even went above and beyond and painted part of the exposed pipe so it wouldn’t be an eye sore. I really appreciate the attention to detail . Thanks again! Wow this shop is old school the owner and staff are awesome they cut out my muffler and resonators from the cat back and straight pipe it on a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee 5.7 hemi and it sounds vicious .Thank guys you rock . ps great price and clean work

Great experience at Major Muffler! James was a huge blessing as we stopped in unexpectedly in Redding and he took a look and a listen and told us the problem and what we needed to get back on the road. So kind, quick, and helpful. When other shops told us they didn’t have time, he took the time to help us out. Thank you James!!

First time getting an exhaust done and it was a great experience. Had heard through the grapevine that this was the place to go to and I was not disappointed. The guy that did the exhaust (the owner, I think) is the only tech and took the time to discuss options with me and even put the muffler on after cutting to let me listen before welding it up and putting together. I initially thought I had a dual cat system but when he put it on the rack there was a y pipe to a single cat so we had to rework what we had planned. Ended up being cheaper than I thought it would be and still sounds good. Overall great experience and service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Wow, just wow never been into a service business that had such a lack of service. I asked someone to look at my car and they were too busy told him it was just takes a minute and condescendingly says everybody says it'll just take a minute at that point, I cut off the provided possibility of service feeling insulted I will never go to this company ever again and I suggested nobody else does because there's a place to be of service and then there's just rude people and they're just rude people

I took my 2022 Ram Laramie 1500 to Major Muffler to have a pre-purchased aftermarket muffler installed and I am completely happy. They were quick, courteous, stuck to the original quote.I will definitely recommend this shop.
