I had a job interview here and I was thrilled about it, but once in the interview it was the most uncomfortable interview I have ever had. When I asked questions about the company they gave very short answers and did not have much to say. Usually companies are excited and trying to tell you why you should want to work for them but this was the very opposite. I left that interview feeling sorry for those that work there because they made it seem like such a miserable place. Shanna the facility administrator did my interview.

Amanda: please get your head check. If I could give them a zero I would. I guess in this clinic the head charge nurse runs the show and not the DRs or NP. She goes in there and makes the decision if when to order meds and how important things are and able to take prescribed meds out of a patients file w.o the authority of the higher ups. Drs refuses to look at patient files before speaking to them at monthly care plans. Nurses and techs refuses to right down notes pertaining to treatments or Unexpected symptoms. Staffs hardly used hand sanitizers and gloves. Transfers touch from one machine to the next. U never see the same Dr twice. It probably be a few months before u see the same Dr..No one tells eachothers what's going on. You as a patient has to constantly remind them.. I wouldn't go here if I am trying to live and beat kidney failure. They will drag ur spirit down. Even the staffs are trying to leave.

I love the whole entire staff. They are clean and they are very thorough when it comes to cleanliness. Miss Evelyn, I wouldn't know what to do without. She has gotten me thru this tough time, with a smile on her face and nothing but support comes from her. She's great!
