Was always a hassle trying to just make a payment. I've always had issues never the correct amount on the app or couldn't process on a new debit card on app, never-ending problem. Now that renewal is up they want a whole year in advance. Not going to happen, save yourself the trouble and go to AAA. Major regret switching, there is too many people in the insurance game to be treating your customers like this. They wouldn't let me cancel the policy without filling out cancellation forms. Cancellation forms for who? Not for me I can just go to another insurance company without notifying you at all. Kinda disappointed though I wanted to like this company but there policies are not for me.

I have been with Allstate for over 40 years both Auto, Homeowners, and Homeowners for my Rental. Absolutely the worst Allstate agent ever. Never any correspondence. No one answers their phone, and they replace 5-6 people in the Anderson CA branch with one person who is worthless.

Update: this reply is insane to me. Danny finally called me the same day I left the review letting me to let me know my policy was still not canceled. He canceled it yet again and said once it’s canceled they would be able to process a refund. I was 10 days without access to this account so I went through my bank and had to close my account and reopen another one. My bank was able to process this so quickly because of all the proof I had in emails in writing stating things were canceled so I find it absolutely wild that they are saying a miscommunication is the source of this mistake.
I’m still waiting on my $1,100 refund. I canceled my policy back on March 25th before my renewal date. When I let them know that it was mostly the price for the coverage they belittled every other company they compete with. I was “not allowed” to cancel before my renewal date of April 1st and was told I could only cancel my auto pay and that I could call back after the renewal date and they can back date it (I do not recall this gentlemen’s name) so we went ahead and canceled the auto pay. I called back Friday March 29th and talked to Sandra who stated my auto pay was canceled and she could cancel my policy and not to worry. BOTH of these calls I asked and checked repeatedly I don’t want to be charged or owe anything and was reassured. I started getting payment reminders from Taylor and emailed her multiple times letting her know this should be canceled confused on why I’m still getting payment reminders, even called the office but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Last Tuesday I see my account I use for bills was over drawn $1,100 from Allstate. Called the office, no surprise here, no answer. I called the 1-800 number got the most wonderful lady who back dates everything and issued a refund. I called Danny’s office the next day who Sandra didn’t even want to talk to me and I got taylor who said “we didn’t think it would still charge you” if they’re running this business off “we think” I would literally go anywhere else. It’s not an Allstate problem it is this office that has a problem. I now currently have over $200 in bank fees and counting that I’m stuck with or I can dispute it and close my account. When I spoke to customer service my auto pay and policy were still very much active. They have poor follow through and clearly no accountability or communication. Oh to add to my favorite part, Taylor didn’t realize I had all ready been refunded and offered me a partial refund on the money they took that did not belong to them stating I had services into April and would have lapsed coverage which is not true, I have signed up with AAA since March, but she tried to argue with me on that too. She was supposed to follow up in a few days to see how things were going, if I received my refund if there was anything they could help with, not one call and it’s been a week. The lady who left their office awhile back was clearly the only competent one. I will be filling a complaint with corporate as well. This is such a joke of a business and Danny Day should be ashamed of the way his office conducts business, he doesn’t even take the time of day to speak to his clients. Like I said, go anywhere else but here.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Danny Day, Allstate insurance, And they're employees. (Especially Emily. ) They have Always been very helpful. And some how they always remember my name and who I am even when I call them on the phone. I consider them a very respectable insurance company. I have been with the company "Allstate" since I started driving 36 years ago. I can't see any reason why I would ever change that.

I’ve had a couple of claims in the last four months...one for the replacement of my laminate due to a flood in my laundry area, and a claim for a large section of fence that blew down in May. The claims were handled very quickly and I was very pleased. Great job, Allstate!

I have had insurance through Danny day for a while now. They are pretty easy to get a hold of and are very friendly people to work with.
