I had forgot to refill my medication and was out of pills. The pharmacy I usually go to, CVS at Shasta Community Health Center, was closed the next day (Saturday) and I only had 10 minutes to get there...TL:DR - They put my prescription on hold so that I could go to ANY CVS and pick it up! I called the local one and they had it ready by the time I drove down there. The staff member was very charming and funny!

Guy that gave me the vaccine was not nice at all. Made me feel like I was a burden or something and kept rolling his eyes at me and sighing the whole time.

Please bring back the old staff. This new staff can not do their job's. We wait in line for pickup and it seems they could care less to check to see if anyone is there. It also seems impossible for anyone to answer the phone. After so much time wasted we are now taking our business elsewhere, such a shame because they had been the best to work with.

The people who work here are nice but they are so understaffed they can hardly function. Twice in two weeks I have tried calling to figure out issues with prescriptions and both times my call hasn’t been answered for over 30 minutes until I just hang up. When I went in to try to figure out my prescription there was no line but I did hear an alarm on the phone saying there were people calling. When I asked them why I had such a hard time reaching them one of the employees said that they have stopped answering the phone altogether. What?!? A pharmacy that doesn’t answer it’s phone.

Every time I try to get a prescription filled there is an excuse why I can't. Even if I get a script filled it can take 3 to 4 days sometimes longer. Just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and trying to get my nebulizer med has been like pulling teeth. I have been waiting 4 days to try to get it filled. The excuse this time is Medicare approval. I miss Owens pharmacy never any problem getting meds when needed. CVS Target always has problems. It's like they don't care about people. Look at consumer reports reviews

They’re super rude I was really sick with the flu and ask if they had an item and the pharmacy lady barked before I could even say anything, “ I have 4 other people ahead of you!” Super rude obviously I’m calling because I need the pharmacy. Will not be doing business with such classless employees. Poor customer service.

Normally I do not write reviews on anything because I don't have the time, but this Pharmacy has been the worst I've ever been to and people need to know! They do not fill prescriptions on time ever! I've always had to wait everytime I needed a prescription. In addition, they are refusing to fill my prescription that every other pharmacy I've been to has filled without question! I recommend that NO ONE else goes to this EVER! They do not know how to have decent customer service and should pay the price for that!

We have been using this pharmacy for several months now, and we finally decided to look around for better customer service. Forget about calling in with questions as they either don't answer the telephone or leave a caller on-hold for an extended period. The counter staff is friendly but half the time renewing prescriptions are not ready on time, which means another trip and wait in line. There must be someplace better.

One of the best pharmacies I've dealt with. Always friendly and informative. (I've had good experiences with all the CVS pharmacies over the last year, since the Camp Fire.)
