I felt bad for the workers there we were picking up an order and the girl that came out to bring us our stuff was soaking wet cause they couldn't provide rain coats for them. if your paying them to work you need to provide them with protection to keep them safe this girl could of gotten sick . such a sad place to work just seeing how the employees are treated.

I really like going to Walmart and having one near me. I enjoy the variety of things you can find here. I especially like the clearance isle, I send a lot of time here when I visit to find all kinds of goodies. Yes, you will see homeless people walking our lounging around the parking lot. I don't love seeing this but I understand and expect this when I go to Walmart.

I called ahead to see if this store allowed overnight RV parking. On the third try I found a department that would actually answer the phone, and they said yes. So I came, shopped their crappy produce and was then told to leave. Management apparently doesn't communicate policies to the employees.

If you wanna waste 30 mins waiting for customer service unlock dog leashes this is the place to go! But seriously go to target or petco instead. Terrible customer service, employees were nice enough but no one had keys to unlock anything. How pointless.

I order clothing items with my size stated. They sell whatever they have on hand instead of saying it's just unavailable. So I get a product that I cannot wear. I cannot return because I am disabled and they get paid.

Walmart never answers their phone. I just went through every prompt waiting for somebody to pick up the phone, and nothing. They even have an option for human resources, nothing. No answer at pharmacy, bakery, electronics, deli Or any other department. It's been this way for as long as I remember, why bother having phones if your customers are just a nuisance for your business. What's up, you can afford greeters, but no one to answer the phone? Hire me, I'd be happy to take the easiest job at Walmart! Gotta close now, I have to drive all the way to Walmart to ask a question. Thanks for nothin.

Walmart CEO televised a statement about why they raised their prices and he stated it was due to theft. They have to compensate for their lost so the consumers are paying for it. Which is total BS ... go back to security and stop allowing people to walk out with stolen goods and the consumers should not have to pay off their theft bill. Not impressed with this Walmart at all they can't seem to keep items stocked. I just came back from Nevada and picked up all my items for my dogs and everything was stocked even when I visit the bay area those stores are always stocked. They have no excuses .. I decided to look at TV's yesterday and they removed all the TV from the display area which sucked. I was looking to buy a higher brand TV then the one I left with but didn't because there was no display. I left with a TV that I have in my bedroom and it was one that was removed from their display which I saved a lot of money on a 50 inch TV. I looked at those TV they removed for a good 15 minutes and finally approached a sale associate who had been sitting while on his phone this whole time. His response "I don't know nothing about those TV's" I asked you do work here and he said yes with cell phones. So I replied your getting paid to sit in a chair and play on your phone all day. He looked bewildered and told him he needed to get a real job. This guy was unbelievable didn't even offer to find someone to help me with my questions about the TV's but he loss no time going back to his phone looking down at it and still sitting on his stool. What a pathetic waste of an employee who sits and plays on his phone...thats a red flag. Walmart when removing TV's from your display it's very easy and common sense to provide the brand name of a TV with the size on the paperwork thats attached to the TV's. Also when putting a TV on display take the remote from the box and tape it to the back of each TV..use common sense but like an employee said it would be to easy..good laugh. I waited to long for an associate to show up to help move the TV to my car after a call was sent out for help. Finally the clerk very carefully placed the TV in my cart and told me to have someone up front help putting it in my car. So I did that but it was lost cause I was able to get the TV in my car myself while they had the outside table full with the employees who gather the carts sitting laughing and smoking. Those are the employees who I was told to get help from..yeah really what a joke. I even saw the phone guy sitting there still on his phone looking down. So in the future I will not be buying any TV's from Walmart.

I came to Walmart with a fishing list with things I thought my husband made up... thankfully Bruce in automotive came over and hand picked it all in under 5 minutes! I am grateful for the professional and courteous service I received and would recommend you find Bruce with any sporting goods list from your husband!

So once again Walmart changes the rules whenever they want. Christmas Eve 2022 open until 6:00pm. WRONG.....arrived at 5:05. They said we are closed and if you go in we will not check you out and we will call the police. What's up with that? Business doors are to remain open to customers during business hours for any businesses. So I'm kinda confused how they can change their hours without a notice on the building. This also happened to me at a Walmart in the Bay Area and it wasn't a holiday. Booooo for Walmart.

Worst Walmart branch I have ever come across in the history of doing business with this company. Lasy people can't be bothered to answer the phone. They don't care about customers or complaints. The story is poorly laid out and workers have horrible attitudes. The whole place should be shut down.

It's a huge deterrent when a huge amount of merchandise is locked up and requires an "associate " to unlock it and then they take the it up to one register. Push a help button and wait FOREVER!!!! Nobody feels the need to answer the call. Nope!!! Lost my business. This is the stuff that makes Amazon the winner and for better prices. Lack of employees to create an efficient situation, more self check out registers than there are with cashiers. Self check outs are constantly kicking scanned items back to wait for an associate. How is that efficient l? One associate chasing after a dozen self checkout stations. It's a joke. The company makes a lot of money and reduced their workforce down to skeleton crews. It shows. Corporate greed.
