Was looking to rent a car around 8pm when my flight got in. Can't get ahold of anyone in the actual office there so I was redirected to their national services. Since it was after there normal pickup hours they were going to respond within 72 hours if they could do it or not. A week later no response. Called again and the national line had no idea what I was talking about and offered to give me the number to another rental place. I've been to airports in smaller towns and showing up for 15 minutes typically isn't an issue apparently for Redding simply responding is too much to ask for.

Budget friendly and everything went smooth. I had to call a few times before arrival to change my plans and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

You would not give me a week's worth of money back when I found out my car was out of the shop so I did not need the rental car. Paying online should not be a punishment. I did not pay any of my bills for one month because the rental took all my Soc Sec and my home and credit at risk because....you don't do refunds online. TERRIBLE cust svs for online customers. Had my daughter do this for me online when I broke down, we had NO rental cars in the area but Budget had one come back from the airport. She booked it to ensure I had a way to get to work! Had no idea the auto shop would change things and put me as a priority and get my car done a week early.

I would suggest you check out the vehicle before you leave tires on the front or not safe and there were cigarette Burns in the passenger seat
